Dave M: My wife and I caved in and went to the new Lockport Memorial Hospital after 4 days of trying to tackle an illness on our own. I previously visited the hospital over the summer and was amazed at the facilities. The Planning Board or BOD couldn’t have picked a better location ! It’s like it’s in its own private nature sanctuary. Just beautiful. The facility itself is state-of-the-art and SPOTLESS !! On our visit we got right in to get checked over. Received immediate attention and care. Painless check-in process. Our RN was Holli and she was soooooo nice ! She provided professional care and went above and beyond as far as helping us. The best thing was she treated us like family. When you feel lousy, that’s huge ! Our PA was Anna and she was also very professional and kept us informed on what our treatment was going to be. Due to complications with my blood work, we were there a LONG time but Holli took care of us. We felt much better leaving than when we came in. I don’t want to go back but if I do it’s nice to know there are professionals like Holli and Anna working there. THANK YOU!!!

Brandon Marshall: Mike is the best. His staff has always been super friendly and helpful to me. Never had issues with waiting around very long. He always takes plenty of time to listen to every little thing you may have issues with. Ive never spent less than 15 or 20mins with him. Other places would barely look at or touch an area and scribble something in their notes and send you on your way within minutes. Its a very frustrating and defeating feeling to leave a doctors office without being confident that youre headed in the right direction with your health and well-being. Acacia has been life changing for me in that regard. If an issue requires deeper work, he will refer you to a great specialist to help resolve it. I couldnt be happier here. Mike is the nicest guy you could ever meet. I will continue going to him as long as possible. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dyan Balcerzak: Had a great experience at Wellnow urgent care. Our Pa was Megan and she made both my husband and myself feel so comfortable. She was kind , asked lots of questions and took the best care of us. Our nurse Desiree was also so kind and caring. The girl who checked us in was great too. We had a little wait , but the superior care we received was worth the wait. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you all again as we are now on medication that will makes us well.❤️❤️❤️

Cazzie Bradberry: Terrible experience. Half of the staff exhibited good bedside manner other half not so much. I followed their instructions to a tee as far as contacting my insurance , providing code and making sure anesthesia was covered, which it was. Upon arrival I was informed that I would be charged, even though my insurance said it was covered, but we could get started. As I was on a table in a gown I was asked to provide a payment method and left in the table while they ran my card and told me it didnt work, they tried again and miraculously it worked this time. I felt like they left me there until they figured that out. During that time I could hear another employee speaking disparagingly about another patient…I actually wanted to get up and leave at this point, if you’d like a knowledgeable staff and to be treated with respect do not go to Great Lakes surgical.

Erica Dennis: I came to the emergency room for excruciating pain and bleeding. Dr. Beg informed me I was pregnant. I was on birth control and still nursing, so it was a surprise. I said something was wrong and had to insist on an exam I knew was going to be extremely painful. When nothing showed on the images he told me I could go the full nine months and sent me home 8 hours later. I kept asking "then why am I in pain?" He told me to contact my ob if I was still concerned. I had emergency surgery the next day to stop the bleeding that was filling my abdomen. I bled internally all night. The pregnancy was ectopic. Dr. Beg told me he had called my OB, but my OB said he hadnt received a call or he would have sent me to another hospital that could do the testing to make sure it wasnt ectopic. Dr. Beg failed to put anything in my records, then blatantly lied when he finally did 4 months later (enough time for there to have been a meeting about the formal complaint I filed). I would not recommend him to anyone.
