5 /5 Jerrod Pace: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jordan and her team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and such a positive atmosphere. I needed a last-minute appointment, and they were so accommodating, fitting me in quickly without hesitation. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Jordan herself was amazing—she listened to all my concerns and provided top-notch treatment that made me feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a medical office that combines professionalism with such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

5 /5 JETT: Fantastic experience at Lexington Medical Associates! The office has a friendly atmosphere and surprisingly short wait times. Dr. Ranganath is awesome, so knowledgeable and personable. I saw him for my annual physical and he took his time to answer all my questions. He referred me to 2 specialists to suit my needs, and went above and beyond to make sure I was given appointments! I felt so comfortable and cared for. More GPS should be this way :)

1 /5 Talia Preda: Worst clinic in Manhattan. They have super unprofessional staff at the front desk and their teams don’t talk between them. Reception tells you one thing and the doctors / nurses another thing. Be aware they are not good at refilling prescriptions and they make you go in for prescriptions so they can charge your insurance. They don’t care if you run out of tablets or if you have side effects. They go in circles blaming each other and come up with new rules each day quoting: our policy changed. Nobody is taking accountability and they don’t care about their patients at all. If you have an emergency you might be better off going somewhere else. Also they have a high turnover of doctors which is no surprise as they probably figure out their clinic is all over the place and they leave. If the doctor leaves your file doesn’t get transfer to another person so guess what ? They call you to go in again so you get charged again ! If I could give it no stars I would. Nobody should be in healthcare services unless they care about patients.

1 /5 Shawn Somers: I’ve been a patient year for 10+ years. The practice has drastically went downhill. They focus on a “concierge” service first and foremost. If you don’t pay for that added feature the service you will receive is abysmal. The new head doctor is nice and thorough, as is his exams so he’s not the issue. It’s the supporting staff at the practice. It’s extremely difficult to get someone on the phone. Extremely difficult to get lab result (whether through email, phone or portal). They claim to have switched record systems and are missing a lot of records. I would steer clear of this practice until they work through their administrative issues. Like I mentioned the doctor is good, but administrative services are extremely frustrating and will lead to issues that may impact you in the long term.

They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment options, demonstrating an impressive depth of knowledge. What truly stood out was genuine care for my well-being. They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and answered all my questions with patience. It’s rare to find physicians who combines expertise with such a compassionate approach. I very highly recommend this office for your primary care needs.
