BMW service prices have gotten to be too much. M spec was so professional and honest during my entire process. Jason and his crew run a great establishment. Their attention to detail was amazing before, during and after my appointment. They have gained a new customer as long as I am driving a BMW. Its worth the trip from the Bronx and i would recommend them to anyone looking for that old school look me in the eye, shake my hand and tell me honestly what needs to be done. 5 /5 spencer carlin: Jason and the team at M Spec were incredible. Jason helped me with an insurance claim on my Volkswagen Jetta.The insurance company was being extremely difficult. Jason was incredibly patient dealing with the multiple adjusters. He kept me informed along the way and the honest assessment and work was a rare experience. I will not hesitate to return and cannot recommend this shop enough. It is a rare experience in NYC to find a shop you can trust and to be treated with genuine care.
