I have seen all of the dentists (and probably hygienists) and have only the best things to say about this office and practice. The staff is kind and friendly and the care is top-notch and always punctual. The patient rooms are impeccably clean. The dentists are fantastic. I have referred several family members and friends over the years, including my mother who had an emergency. She was taken care of right away and also experienced the best of care. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

5 /5 gia lopez: Dr. Neal Fujishige has to be the best dentist in NYC! Ive been a patient for about ten years, and honestly, I keep his business cards at my desk to give to families I work with when they are looking for great care. Dr Neal explains everything he is doing as he does it, takes tremendous care to be gentle, and is genuinely concerned with how youre feeling. Ive never received anything but awesome service and truly look forward to having my teeth cleaned. I was also very comfortable having crowns and fillings done when I first came to him with terrible teeth (I still get the occasional cavity). Matthew and the admin team are exceptional and seem to really enjoy helping people. Could not recommend this practice enough!

Kenny cruz: Beware this organization will not REFUND you any money that you are ENTITLED TO. I visited this dental center several months ago and I was robbed. I was asked to pay a large amount of money upfront for a dental procedure that my insurance verified they were going to cover. I was told as soon as my insurance pays them they will immediately return my money. Several months later countless visits to the center and several emails TO SUPERVISORS Im still getting the runaround. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! P.S. I have all the documentation that the insurance company paid the bill.

Dr. Paolo was so kind and welcoming to her and made her forget about the terrible experience at the kid-focused dentist. Gloria, the hygienist, was outstanding—extremely attentive and thorough in addressing all my concerns. She explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. I initially went in for a consultation about LANAP, but after a thorough evaluation, I was told I didn’t need the procedure, which was a relief. I was also worried about gum recession, but the doctor took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood my situation and next steps. Overall, the team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them to others.

Rick Weber: I neededa bunch of dental work. Thought Id try them with a basic cleaning to start. The cleaning was good but the Dr wasnt in so I had to come back 2 days later. The Dr talked really fast and pushed all cosmetic surgery. The Dr also asked when was my last cleaning????? Seriously did you even read my file???? They said they would put a plan together and call me. One month later, Im still waiting for that call. I guess I wasnt worth being a client since all I wanted was regular dental work.
