5 /5 Dina Nawas: This was my first visit to the dentist, and I had a great experience. The office was spotless, and I was attended to promptly. Stephanie, the dental hygienist, was excellent; she explained each step clearly and provided valuable recommendations. Dr. Kaufman was very thorough, taking her time to examine my X-rays and conduct a detailed inspection. I highly recommend this place!

5 /5 Alona Lerner: I followed Dr. Kaufman from the other office, she is great, her assistant was great too. Everyone was nice in the office. The only issue I had with the office was the 3% fee for using a credit card, which I was not informed about during the initial call. Had I known, I would have brought a debit card instead. In my opinion, businesses—especially dental offices—should absorb such fees rather than passing them on to patients.

If you need dental work, these folks know what they are doing and let you know what you need in a patient, thorough fashion. You cannot do better.

Theyre reachable, fast, and helpful in explaining both the technical parts of tooth care and stuff like billing/timeline. No one asked me to make a review. Just compared to so many dental offices in NYC this vastly exceeded my expectations. Update: had a cleaning. Of course, I wouldnt describe a teeth cleaning as fun or enjoyable, but this was the best one Ive ever had because of the attentiveness to comfort and the hygienist & dentist explaining things about my teeth no dentist took the time to explain before. PLUS the front desk is so fast and friendly. I texted them 20 minutes before to ask if I should brush beforehand and they answered immediately. Helped me figure out insurance after

5 /5 Tess: Dr. Kaufman cured me of my low key dentist phobia! have had a serious fear of the dentist since a few horrifying situations in the past, and Dr. Kaufman could not have been a better choice. The office is so cute and clean, the front desk and hygienists are so sweet and good at their jobs, and Dr. Kaufman is communicative, diligent, and trustworthy. Usually when I go to the dentist I am on edge and anxious the entire time - Dr. Kaufman made the experience positive. Thank you so much to everyone at Village Dental.
