2 /5 A L: When I first visit this place I was so excited the esthetics and cleanliness was a plus for me but as time progress I noticed a pattern of the employees not really able to answer questions about charges and instead of giving you options for treatments they seem to choose the most expensive ones and maxing out insurance then you have to pay out of pocket. But I have reached my peak and is entirely now a turned off as I was given a treatment plan with the cost that I agreed to. But only to show up for the next visit to be slapped with an additional few hundred dollars. On top of that I think they book so many appointments and I feel like the dentist is rushing your process to get to the next resulting in incorrect impressions for a crown. There’s no way they messed up the same crown twice and I will now have to go back a third time. After this I’m completely done with this place and I will be seeking a new dentist. I’m completely turned off from this place! Expensive , doesn’t give patients options to choose for treatments , and just a complete rip off, almost like fast fashion. I’m very upset but I’ll just take my loss and move on !

5 /5 Josie P.: I love this place their very professional, friendly and polite. They always will see you at your scheduled appointment. You dont have to wait to be seen. I love my dentist Dr. Scott Levitz is the best and every other dentist that I have seen in passed when I had an emergency. I love that fact that you get to build a relationship with your dentist and they dont pressure you in getting things done that you dont need. The premise is very clean and modern. I love that they have a small refrigerator full complimentary bottles of water. The restrooms are very clean and also are dentist area. I appreciate that they have a variety of staff like hygienists, medical assistants, receptionists, oral surgeons, dentist and a financial person. Theyve tried very hard to work with you as much as they can and they also help you make financial arrangements if youre not able to pay in full. Theyre open 7 days of the week and their willingness to schedule you in right away especially if youre having an emergency. I highly recommend this place with my eyes closed. You wont regret it!

5 /5 Judelly Lopez: I don’t usually review places but I had to this time. I experienced the best 6 month dental cleaning. I come in every 6 months, my cleaning today was with Jessica (Jess) and she is honestly amazing. Very thorough, explained every step as she cleaned and was so patient. Staff like Jess is what truly sets this dental office apart from the rest. You can definitely tell she enjoys and is passionate at what she does. I will definitely be returning. If you’re reading this Jess, you’re amazing!

1 /5 Lee Ann Monteiro: HORRIBLE experience. I came in with wisdom teeth pain on the bottom right side to my initial appt and was told by the dentist to schedule an appt to get all 4 removed. Sounds easy right? I get there the day of my appointment excited to get all of them out in one sitting and am expressing this to the front desk people as well as the dentist and the assistant. They are aware and should be since that is what I signed off on when walking in. I signed off to have four removed. The assistant took it upon herself to change what I wrote and signed off on to “1-16” which I now know means the top two wisdom teeth. The one causing me pain is on the bottom. The only reason i came was to get the one that was in pain out and the rest was a convenience thing. I didn’t “need” to get them out. So imagine the dentist calling you after, apologizing for my bad experience, and having the nerve to say “you would have had to take them out anyways” YEAH but they were not hurting so not in the near future. The office also misplaced my x rays when I attempted to retrieve them to go to another place to get the bottom removed. So organized right? I will never recommend this place to anyone. The people I interacted with during the cleaning were so kind and this time was the absolute worst. They prescribed me amoxicillin when I’m allergic to penicillin, did not request a follow up after doing an extraction, and I do wish they had told me before the procedure that I was unable to get the bottom teeth out instead of finding out after. The assistant who scratched out what I wrote should be terminated and this company needs to be held accountable for their actions.

3 /5 yara infante: I had a very disappointing experience at this office. During my tooth extraction, the doctor repeatedly blamed me for the procedure being difficult due to significant decay. While I understand this might have been a factor, I don’t think any patient wants to hear that while enduring pressure, drilling, and discomfort. Instead of reassuring me, the doctor’s comments made the experience more stressful. Once the extraction was done, the doctor left without addressing me, providing any post-procedure guidance, or checking if I had questions. I was handed off to an assistant who struggled to take my X-rays, repeatedly saying, “I’m not gonna keep struggling with this” as if he was ready to give up. I don’t even know if the X-rays were taken properly. Worse, he failed to place gauze in my mouth before I left, so I walked out with my extraction site completely unprotected. When I called back for care instructions—since they weren’t properly provided in person—the staff member focused more on discussing my next appointment, copays, and sending me treatment plans than addressing my immediate post-procedure concerns. It felt insensitive and like a money grab. While I received the treatment plan immediately, I had to call back and wait 45 minutes to finally get the care instructions.
