Cascada Dental Spa - New York A L: When I first visit this place I was so excited the esthetics and cleanliness was a plus for me but as time progress I noticed a pattern of the employees not really able to answer questions about charges and instead of giving you options for treatments they seem to choose the most expensive ones and maxing out insurance then you have to pay out of pocket. But I have reached my peak and is entirely now a turned off as I was given a treatment plan with the cost that I agreed to. But only to show up for the next visit to be slapped with an additional few hundred dollars. On top of that I think they book so many appointments and I feel like the dentist is rushing your process to get to the next resulting in incorrect impressions for a crown. There’s no way they messed up the same crown twice and I will now have to go back a third time. After this I’m completely done with this place and I will be seeking a new dentist. I’m completely turned off from this place! Expensive , doesn’t give patients options to choose for treatments , and just a complete rip off, almost like fast fashion. I’m very upset but I’ll just take my loss and move on !
Shine Bright Dental and MedSpa - New York D Selarom: Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
First time I came in was OK I got a X-rays done and a quick clean up, I was told I needed a root canal so the appointment was scheduled for the procedure to be done.The day of the appointment I was told to come in later than scheduled and so I did! I waited extra 25 minutes longer. Finally the Dr came in looked at my X-rays and proceeded to give me the Anesthesia, I waited 10 more mins for him to come and tell me he wont be able to do the procedure. It was a waste of time on my end. How are you going to look at my X-rays Numb me then tell me YOU CANT DO IT ?!??!??!??!!??
I wish I would’ve read the reviews completely before coming in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Manhattan Oasis Dentistry - New York G On: I came to this practice as a new patient for a routine check-up, referred by someone in the neighborhood. Initially, the staff seemed friendly and professional. However, the experience quickly turned disappointing. I was given an extensive treatment plan that conveniently maxed out my annual insurance allowance. Trusting their recommendations, I went ahead with the procedures - only to find out later that some treatments may not have been necessary or appropriate for my situation.
After multiple visits, I’m still dealing with pain and discomfort from a procedure that should have resolved things, not made them worse. While I believe the team had good intentions at first, it felt like I was brushed off when I raised concerns, and follow-up care was lacking.
I’m sharing this to caution others to seek second opinions, especially if youre a new patient. This has been a frustrating and painful experience that I truly wish I could undo.

Dr. Rong is a wonderful dentist with a gentle and easy-going bedside manner, making each visit comfortable. The front desk team, especially Pooja, is fantastic-shes always helpful, friendly, and professional, especially when it comes to handling insurance and scheduling. The office is conveniently located, and I rarely have to wait. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a top-notch dental office.
Columbus Park Dental - New York fay anne: I had a great experience visiting Dr petal’s office. When I walked in, I was so impressed with clean and attractive office space. The receptionists and doctor’s assistants were very nice and friendly. Doctor was very professional and friendly and right away put me at ease. There was something very cozy and special about this office you need to try it for yourself.
