1 /5 Sabrina Byrne: Dr Guerrera and ER pulmonologist was the rudest doctor. My mother went in with fluid on her lung stage 3 ovarian cancer. She didn’t want to drain it and literally said “your mom is very sick she’s going to die anyway”. After speaking to her oncologist she was ordered to drain the fluid. After that she was rude to us the entire time. She was supposed to follow up with CVS for a prescription she did not. While my mom was there she was supposed to have her second iron infusion that was supposed to a push IV and done in 5 minutes. She cancelled all the oncologist orders and put my mom on a drip for an hour so when we went to infusion center everything was screwed up in the system and instead of being there for 10 minutes it took over an hour for the nurses to correct the orders. Beyond rude. Next she had a port put in and was just semi under and all of the tech and doctor were in there talking about their night about before and gossiping. My mom started to have a panic attack with her mask and they were ignoring her. Finally they saw her and removed mask and she told them how unprofessional they were and when she was finish a nurse came over and went over the top nice because they knew what happened in the OR. Talk about completely unprofessional

1 /5 Steve Savo: Could give zero stars if I could. This is by far, the worst.....and I mean the WORST hospital Ive ever had the misfortune of being in with my mother and father as patients. It is unbelievable how this place still operates, given their piss poor track record and horrific reviews. Both my parents arrived at this hospital because it was the closest to us, and received the worst treatment one could receive. Both my parents were left in pain and ignored in the ER. Multiple times. Staff is clueless and dont do their job. Do yourself and your family the best favor for their health, drive them to NYP in Peekskill. If you prefer to go further, there is Northern Westchester in Mt Kisco and of course Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. I know its not ideal, but ANY other facility is better than this one, especially if you or your family want competent medical care. Northwell Health ended up buying Nuvance which operates this Hospital, so I hope it improves drastically for my familys sake. Until then, STAY AWAY.

1 /5 JJ Smith: I am a 70 year old male with chronic medical issues who went to Putnam ER with my wife after a fall on the ice. After an X-ray I was told I had broken my leg in two places. The PA ( I never saw a doctor) told me they would put a splint on me and send me home with crutches which I could use by hopping on one leg and that I should find a doctor to treat me because I probably needed surgery. I told the PA I had torn my patella on my good leg a few years ago and it wasn’t near 100 percent plus I’m 70 years old weigh 280 lbs so hopping on crutches wasn’t feasible for me. I dont own a wheelchair either. They didn’t even try me out on the crutches to see if they would work for me. They gave me a short demo on how to use them that’s it. I was hoping to get admitted and maybe see a doctor from Somers orthopedic who have an entire wing at Putnam hospital. This hope was quickly dashed as I was transferred to a hospital wheelchair and wheeled out to my vehicle by a grouchy nurse. When I got home I had to slide on the ground to get into my house because the crutches were useless. It has taken me two full weeks to finally get a date for surgery. Things have really changed for the worse in our medical system.

1 /5 Megan Coryat: BUYER BEWARE: Especially if you have health insurance. This company bills improperly, which leads to exorbitant co-pays, then will not return phone calls, or offer any resolution. However, they WILL send you to collections. Very frustrating 6 months since I went to them for a strep test in September 2024

2 /5 S Z: I am hoping that this much needed hospital, revamps itself and strives to be a top hospital again, its a shame it removed maternity dept, and the care from employees from ER to Nurses and Doctors have gotten to where I am reading reviews that are scary, please, if the CEO is reading this, and cares, he should do something to raise this hospitals care, we need this hospital in this county and need to have every dept open and knoeledgeable, responsible, and caring staff in every dept. Thank you.
