What a relief to be in the care of Dr. Costa and his great staff. They have a very modern, efficient, and clean office. I had two older fillings replaced - painless. Dr. Costa explains what he is doing as he works.

I’ve had a number of procedures performed by Dr. Costa and his team and I always feel that I am in good hands. Dr. Costa also guided me through Invisalign treatment which was a great success. RANT - My appointment for cleaning was postponed due to my high blood pressure, but they used a wrist monitor then had me walk to the other side to use the arm monitor within 5 minutes. Once I got home I tested using my arm monitor I was normal. And no, I dont have white coat syndrome. END RANT. My questions about future treatment and my current dental habits were answered to my satisfaction. On-street parking without fee. S44 bus.

The front desk and office manager/ surgical coordinator Rosalia have been nothing but a breeze to work with. All these negative reviews I would have to assume are from people who have had to pay money out of pocket, but as a 25 year old, I already know insurance is the biggest scam and how can you put blame on this wonderful practice for collecting money for their services. I would highly recommend to anyone, I have brought my own mother/ father to this office and they fell in love with the doctors and members of the crew. 10/10 recommend

My family and I have been coming here for over 7 years without any issues, but ever since the team changed, this has become THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE in New City, NY. The pricing is completely inconsistent, and they’re terrible at handling insurance claims. They fail to send the necessary documentation to the insurance company, and instead, they just send the bill directly to us. Before a procedure, they’re quick to assure us that our insurance will cover a certain amount, but after it’s done, we’re hit with a $1,000 bill because they didn’t properly process the claim. This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see how much the quality has deteriorated! Me and my family are never going back to this place again!
