2 /5 Heidi J: Made my daughter’s Prom hair appointment 2 months in advance. The day of Prom she goes to get her hair done and there’s no one in the salon! 3 hours before Prom time! Apparently the stylist texted my daughter to confirm that morning. (My daughter never got the text so she must have had the wrong number) Since the stylist did not hear back she just blew it off. Wouldn’t you think that for an important event like that, you would be at the shop at the appointed time just to be sure?! Very poor customer service, and we won’t be back. It’s sad since we were longtime customers for 3 girls.
An update to this post: the owner Renee did call me to sincerely apologize and explain that she was out of town and felt terrible that the stylist did not keep her appointment. She offered to make it up to us. So I don’t want to slam the salon, they’ve been great over the years. I just won’t go to that particular stylist!
