1 /5 kayla nannariello: I had a really disappointing experience at this urgent care. In September I hurt my foot. A lump formed on the back of my foot and it was bruised. I went to urgent care, since it was the weekend and I couldnt get into an orthopedist. I was treated by a male doctor, who I had never seen at this urgent care before. He quickly looked at my foot and decided that I didnt need an X-ray. He said he knew my foot wasnt broken because I would be crying if it was...I pointed out the lump and bruising and his response was "Yeah, I see it." I made an appointment with an orthopedist for that Monday and Im glad I trusted my gut because my foot was broken. I ended up in a walking boot for two months, and now in December it is fully healed. I am fully aware that this is an urgent care and they werent going to treat me the same way an orthopedist would. But, I dont understand what the issue was with doing an X-ray. Had I listened to the doctor at this office, I would have continued to walk around on a broken foot.

She was sick ,she had fever,and her insurance they wasn’t accepting,so we decided to pay,and after of 30 minutes of waiting they said to us(receptionist),she can’t be seen because she has all the symptoms of COVID . It was so unprofessional and unpleasant. Really?Its Medical office,you are the Doctors,you are the one who is there to safe the life’s,it was in 2021,at the End of the winter,and there were a lot of Cases of Flue and else diseases,not only Covid. It’s not good Medical professionals,don’t waist your time and find better one!

Katie Rawdon: DO NOT COME HERE! The office manager Delica Jones should be fired for her attitude alone, and she should not be in a managerial position. It’s a shame. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and the providers are all wonderful. Ellen Brunetti FNP is fabulous among the other doctors. But the office staff has led me to leave. and just note, if you have not been seen in the practice for the past 6 months they won’t even fill out a simple immunization form for you!!! Delica told me it couldn’t be done “its policy”, unless I had a follow up appointment. I asked, follow up from what??? I’ve been good, haven’t been sick! That’s a good thing. It means Im healthy! That’s the goal of a primary care is prevention of illness, not get in the office just so we can make money off of an office visit. I’m even up to date on my physical and you can’t fill out a simple form for school because of this silly policy?! Terrible, terrible, terrible. My new PCP filled out the form for me standing right at the front desk when I went there this morning. Customer service will make or break your practice - and this practice is going in the gutter based on the latest reviews.

Risa Hoag: New City Chiropractic Center Recently I was experiencing some neck pain and was recommended to Dr. Michael Cocilovo from several friends. Since they recently moved, the office was brand new, clean and inviting and the staff was professional yet friendly. Dr. Mike as he is known, was working with several patients and each seem to be pleased with the treatments they were receiving. Since I had never been to a chiropractor before I was a bit nervous but Dr. Mike put my mind at ease immediately and did a thorough but gentle adjustment and was able to ease my neck pain as well as identify a problem I was having in my back. I will definitely return and highly recommend either Dr. MIke or Dr. Gil who is his associate. After hearing the experiences from several friends, I would say New City Chiropractic is the best chiropractor in Rockland County. My daughter is now on their NuLean weight loss system and has lost 20 pounds with their support! Great Rockland County Chiropractors.

J Porcelli: Rare to find doctors of this caliber that will see u on an emergency basis that day! Dr. Bryan is comforting, obviously brilliant, and thorough. The office is run by people that are focused and care about what’s going on. These days it seems office employees are to busy chatting with each other and not focusing on patients. Not here. This office is run efficient and employees pleasant.

While on the phone I was told that because it had been over three years since I was last at the office, I was considered a new patient. And “unfortunately” office protocol was not to schedule new patients for several months out. I clarified with the reception that even though I have a lump that I am afraid might be cancerous, no one will see me because I’m considered “new.” She confirmed this is true. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of care and discretion used.

We said that we needed to see a specific specialist; I went into the office & they said I needed to change my primary care doctor in order to be seen. This was not elaborated, discussed or anything of the sort; the woman there was rude. This place is a money grab & it doesn’t seem like they care too much about their patients, they care more about the dollar. Sad to see, but there are other doctors with a more respectable & reputable staff within a 15 mile radius. Stay very far away.

Candy Tanico: Dr. Jacob is an exceptional physician. Her staff is friendly and helpful. She takes time with you and never rushes you. I have been going to her for many years. Most recently I saw her for a constant pain in my back. She examined me and really listened to me. She sent me for tests and because of her knowledge, compassion and really hearing me, my timely diagnosis was made. If you do have to wait, it’s because she spent much needed time with the patient before you. And if needed will do the same for you one day.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the wait much more pleasant than expected. The doctor I saw was very professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They thoroughly explained my medical history and answered all of my questions in a clear and understandable way. I appreciated how they didnt rush through the appointment, allowing me to feel heard and valued. The hospitals facilities were top-notch, and the support staff, including nurses and technicians, were kind and competent. I left the appointment feeling confident in the care I received and with a clear understanding of the next steps in my treatment plan.

Toby Barg: Please avoid if you can. The front staff is polite. The nurse was professional and polite. The doctor spent less than a minute in the room after over an hour wait, was rude and extremely abrupt. Did not conduct an actual exam and then briskly said that we needed to go to the ER. Not the right call, but the issue was also that he didn’t take the time to make an informed call. He was very unprofessional. The scribe tech (?) on duty made us feel very uncomfortable. It was an odd and unsettling experience.

Kelly H: Dr. FItzpatrick is the best. He is very thorough and even consults with every patient in his office after he does the check up. I see some negative reviews here in staff. I have never had a issue with the staff....always friendly, have everything ready upon check out. He is part of a large medical group. They dont necessarily do the billing from that location, thats why they take info and forward to billing office. This is how most doctors office works in 2023. My dental office is the same type of set up. Unless you are going to a dr.s office from 1972 this is the way it is.
