1 /5 Jess: I scheduled a massage with Heather expecting a relaxing experience, unfortunately it was quite the opposite. Heathers demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional, creating a very stressful environment rather than a soothing one. She frequently made passive-aggressive remarks, which made me feel unwelcome and rushed. Additionally, she seemed uninterested in listening to my preferences. Overall, the entire energy was very stressful. I am very disappointed with the service and it was not worth the money. I would give zero starts if I could.

5 /5 Amy Baker: This was not my first time at this salon .. my fist time was a few weeks before shutdown 2020 I found thoie Place to be very clean very professional the owner was so pleasant. The lady who did my hair (no longer there) lets just say it was not good and I had to have it redone as soon as a salon opened in June 2020. But because I found this place such a nice calm, clean, Pleasant and professional and the owner was very sweet I said okay Ill give it another try and I got very lucky I got this lady her name is Anna I was definitely nervous walking in there but right away she made me feel very comfortable so I let my guard down a little and proceeded to get my hair done and Im very happy that I did so Anna did an amazing job with my hair.. my hair has not looked this great and felt this amazing and many years since my original hair stylist retired. Im sure all the ladies are great there but Im definitely sticking to my Anna. As long as shes doing hair Ill always be her client not only does she do a great job on hair she has an outstanding personality which makes you feel very comfortable within the first few minutes of meeting her so Anna if you see this thank you so much for helping me look my best

Heidi J: Made my daughter’s Prom hair appointment 2 months in advance. The day of Prom she goes to get her hair done and there’s no one in the salon! 3 hours before Prom time! Apparently the stylist texted my daughter to confirm that morning. (My daughter never got the text so she must have had the wrong number) Since the stylist did not hear back she just blew it off. Wouldn’t you think that for an important event like that, you would be at the shop at the appointed time just to be sure?! Very poor customer service, and we won’t be back. It’s sad since we were longtime customers for 3 girls. An update to this post: the owner Renee did call me to sincerely apologize and explain that she was out of town and felt terrible that the stylist did not keep her appointment. She offered to make it up to us. So I don’t want to slam the salon, they’ve been great over the years. I just won’t go to that particular stylist!

Betty Lou: Hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere and aesthetic made me feel like I was in the right place. I have a few quirks that can make hair appointments a little challenging—like needing to close my eyes because I can’t see without my glasses, or getting tense due to sensory sensitivities during washes, cuts, and blow-dries. But not once did I feel awkward or out of place here. The stylists are kind, professional, and incredibly talented, and the whole experience was beyond welcoming. If you’re looking for a salon where you can relax, be yourself, and have fun with color, I highly recommend this place!

Amber Messina: Venus is phenomenal. Ive been going to her for about ten years, and she always lets me be as picky as I want to be with tweaks etc lol. She genuinely wants her clients to be more than happy. I was gifted a cut at a different salon, and knew right away that Venus is better with technique and professionalism. And every time shes working on someone when I get there early, that person is always thrilled with their hair. I always love going to Venus and coming away looking as feeling fabulous and refreshed.

She also does eyebrow threading. This is a rare skill. As it’s so precise. This salon is so worth a visit! (Easy parking and on bus line.)

I got ANC dip done by Ester and she was incredibly thorough and checked in during the process to make sure I was happy with the progress. I have short nail buds and did not want tips so she did the best she could and I’m thankful. For the price and the experience with Ester, I’ll most likely be going back!
