5 /5 Friede: Visited Bob for the first time for a cut yesterday. My hair turned out just what I wanted. I had some pictures with and a lot of questions about what would look best with my head shape, my self cut bang mishap, and my plans to grow out my hair long again. We talked for about 20 minutes before cutting and he gave honest feedback which was wanted and appreciated! I had a great time especially with the two little pups who greeted me. Thank you Bob I will definitely be back!

4 /5 Meurcie Zignoli: Bob did a great job giving my hair a refresh! I came in having never gone to Salon Salon before and did my best to explain what issues I was having with my current style. Bob took the time to understand what it was that I was looking for, recapped a clear plan, and then explained what he was doing each step of the way. He was kind and professional, and did not rush my appointment even when we approached an hour of me being in the chair. My only points of feedback would be that the shampoo could have been more thorough, and he could have used less product on my blowout- my scalp was a bit sticky with product residue when I was finished. Overall it was a fantastic experience and Ill just be sure to request less product next time I get a blowout. Thanks for a great cut, Bob!
