1 /5 G On The Hill: Brought truck to be fixed, simple pump replacement. Said I got the wrong one, OK, I returned mine & deferred to his judgement. He turned around and bought THE SAME (oem) ONE, for over 2xs more. Didnt affix the fuel lines to the frame rail after install, among other things. When I called to complain guy said he had a on vaca. DONT GO HERE there are plenty of other places to go.

Brianna McNamara: I just went for an inspection, and needed new tires and brakes. Ive been to a lot of different mechanics over the years, but the man I dealt with, Steve I believe, is the nicest, most pleasant mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Car mechanics tend to be gruff/cold and even sometimes rude, but Steve was the total opposite, and that alone is enough to make me want to come back. Of course they did a great job, the price was fair and they were quick as well. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to others.

P S: Terrible shop! Avoid at all cost. The only reason I ended up there was because of other reviews, so here we go: Back in March I asked them to check my front tires because my car vibrates when braking. They told me the front brakes are fine, but that I needed to replace my REAR brakes, so I payed $350. That did not solve the problem with my car. Then, they said I needed new tires, so I got new tires for other $500. The problem was still there. Last week, I brought my car again, asking them to solve the problem. They said it was the tire rods and something else, for which they charged me $580. Guest what... the f-ing problem still there. I complained about it, they said they did nothing wrong, and quote me other $350 to replace the FRONT brakes. It is basically a scam: two months later, lost $1500 and my car still vibrates while breaking!!! If you want zero accountability, poor customer service, and mediocre mechanics, this is the place for you.

They were gracious enough to take my car in, everything they told me was very transparent And I agreed to give it a go, and let’s see if they could fix it. When the car was finally finished, of course, I was apprehensive to pick it up because of how poorly it ran before. When I finished paying my very reasonable bill, And show me all the parts they took out and they replaced Pictures They said I should be all set. And Right they were. My Audi TT drove fantastic on the way home, And the dreaded check engine lights Were off. Thank you for the fantastic work!!!! I’m greatly appreciative, You made it easy as my dealership says.

The person on the phone was very rude and disrespectful as if we was disturbing him by asking him to do his job. My boyfriend already bought his own parts so he just wanted to know how much it would be to put it on. He was told “ well why don’t you buy the tools and do it yourself” then hung up on him.That’s not how you keep your business generating income. If you don’t like what you do find something else and don’t take your frustrations out on potentially new customers.
