Spa Nails - Jamestown (NY)

1 /5 James ReaperGuyver: They suck now! I made an appointment for a pedicure a week in advance. They made me sit and wait an hour to even put me in a pedicure chair. I sat 10 more minutes in lukewarm water. They rushed my pedicure after making me wait 1 hour and 29 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The old guy that used to do my pedicures well is gone. Terrible waste of money and time. Had to schedule a pedicure in falconer at vnails to get it fixed. Never going back.

2 /5 FoxxiFine: Usually not a bad place to go, but this time was the last time Ill be going. They rushed my appointment and only did 1 coat of polish though I request another coat I was told no with attitude. Even though its the color I had gotten there before and the other workers do 2 coats it just looks and holds up way nicer with 2 coats of polish. I was rushed in and out without any customer care. No cuticle oil or anything just a annoyed bye. Idk what their issue is but if you dont care about your customers then I will not be paying you for my once a month nail service. Its rude and ridiculous. Dont bother with these people save your money and find a nail tech that listens to you and appreciates you because you wont get it here.

5 /5 Stevi Platzer: Did a fantastic job they fit me right in which is awesome usually you have to wait at any good nail place. I got a gel pedicure the girl who did it was really friendly very talkative and very nice she was gentle told her to pick out a car to pick out a good color overall I would recommend it to anybody for gel pedicure with only $45 and I got it done in less than a half-hour In-N-Out

4 /5 Jennifer Clark: Overall was a good experience I absolutely love my nails I brought a picture in and she was able to duplicate it to a tee. Ive never really gotten my nails done before so the price was a little high because I wasnt expecting it but the quality of the nail work was phenomenal. The only other downside to my experience was we called to make an appointment at 6:00 for myself ( full set ) and mother ( just paint ) and we were not starting until 6:45/7pm which foiled some of our evening plans. Overall I would recommend and will probably go back just based on the quality of design she was able to do for me.
