1 /5 Tray_23: I came in for a root canal. Initially when I walked in the office everything seemed well. It was my first time there and the ppl at the front desk greeted me. Up to the getting my x-rays things were been going giid until I saw the doctor. Granted I was already waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the chair to be seen He asked me how bad the pain was from 1-10 and I told him a 6 and I pointed to the tooth that was hurting which was on the bottom right of my mouth, he told me "I only do canals in the back of mouths". I have never heard of such a thing. I then asked him , so you cant do the root canal on the teeth thats hurting, he then said "I just dont have time". Then he proceeds to say he would it but hes not going to put any kind of crown on it which could potentially leave the tooth to more exposure for infection so the doctor ended up doing nothing for me. This has to be the worst experience Ive had in a dental office. All I was given was a referral to a specialist, a prescription for pain meds and sent on my way still in pain after my time was wasted. This is the absolute worst.
