1 /5 Lost In The Adirondacks: Great surgeon, but the office staff is a joke, completely incompetent. All I needed was a return to work note after a surgery, I was told on a Monday I could go back, just needed them to fax the paper. It is now Thursday, I have given them three fax numbers, and it took them two days to tell me one wasn’t working. They never return your call, and they never complete a task quickly. I am glad I never had any complications with the surgery, I would have been worried about my safety

1 /5 Jessica “QueenOfChill”: The doctor I had a consultation with walked out halfway through. My questions were left unanswered and the doctor kept saying my chief complaint was something that was last on my list of reasons for wanting surgery. I had to try to continue to ask questions in the hallway with no privacy where I was simply shrugged off and told Ill see you in six weeks and we can talk more then.... No we absolutely should have had a full discussion for my consult but instead I got ignored, gaslight and ditched midway. Dont go here terrible care where they dont listen to you, walk out halfway and still expect you to pay for care you didnt receive. Updated to add: I did reach out to the office manager to request a refund. They said they would look into it and literally never called me back or returned my call. I went to Albany to a surgeon who listened to my concerns and recommended surgery which I have sense had. This place doesnt do their job, charges you for nothing and ultimately does not do their job. Your healthcare is important so please dont trust this place and go somewhere in the Albany med system.

1 /5 Danielle Drinkwine-Holman: Had acl surgery the end of may. Now the end of September my knee is swollen and painful been calling the office for 2 weeks, cant get a call back from my surgeon or his pa. I have lost most of the feeling from my knee down as the swelling gets worse the less feeling i have. Every time i went for an appointment the nurse would ask why i was there instead of taking 2 minutes before coming into the room and reading my chart. This place is a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they obviously dont care about their patients.

5 /5 roadangel5678: I was admitted in the Glens Falls hospital with a bowel obstruction and Dr Tillou was the surgeon on duty. From the minute he walked in I had a good feeling about him and I was right. I was in the hospital for 10 days and not one day went by that he did not stop by to see me. I feel so blessed that he was my doctor. The surgery went well and he was able to do it laparoscopic. My follow up at his office was great everyone in the office was just as friendly and caring as Dr Tillou.

5 /5 Megan Carroll: My daughter was seen for a sports injury. I was very happy with the PA who saw her. He listened. He believed what she told him about her experience during the injury. He pinpointed very quickly where she was hurting and what was torn and we made a plan to get her back on her feet. He personally checked the fit of the brace/stabilizer before we left and he returned a later phone call very promptly to answer a question.. I am very happy with our experience here. In the future, if my daughter has an orthopedic/sports injury I will go straight to their orthopedic urgent care!
