Benjamin Smith I’m pretty disappointed with this place. A few years ago, it was great, but lately, I’ve been having a recurring issue with communication. It feels like no one actually works here anymore. For the past month, I’ve been trying to get an appointment to have a spot on my face checked, but it’s been an endless game of phone tag. Every time I call, I have to leave a message because no one ever picks up. Then, they’ll call me back anywhere from 24 to 72 hours later, but I usually miss the call because I’m not expecting them to reach out. When I try to call back immediately, I’m back to leaving another message with no one answering. Last week, I called 8 times exactly 1 minute after they called. Nothing. To top it off, I recently received a letter saying they had tried to reach out. I guess? This is beyond frustrating.

Kate Tietenberg First, I will say that I have had only good experiences with the providers. However, I think its ridiculous that you have to leave a message and cannot talk to someone when you call. Also, in the past I made an appointment for an area on my eyelid. I told the person at the front desk my issue in detail. As soon as the doctor walked in she said they dont treat anything on your eye, and I had to go to my eye doctor. It was a total waste of my time and money.
