In addition to being an experienced, knowledgeable physician, Dr. Healey is warm, friendly and communicates well. Very easy to converse with.
The urgent care cardiac walk-in clinic is a big asset to the area. I have benefited from it more than once.
Frank Natale: Trying to reach someone over the phone to change my primary location to Clifton Park, but no one is picking up the phone for eligibility and enrollment. The phone tree keeps ending the call on me....
Cindy: Great place to get dental work done. Dr. E got me in on short notice and was very pleasant. He set me up with x-rays, a consult and same day cleaning. Shannon cleaned my teeth and did a great job. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you to everyone at Schoharie dental. I will be seeing you soon for the rest of my dental work.
Serrina Alley: Ive been going for years and after my old doctor retired Ive had multiple appointments set up with Dr.Dar their new physician and she keeps rescheduling "wont be in the office" I have yet to see her or have an actual appointment with her for more then a year. Its ridiculous, she doesnt care about her patients. They are just another paycheck to her. Stay way from using her for you own health find a better doctor who cares enough to see you.
Timothy Gostling: This facility has brought my family nothing but frustration. The Doctors and nurses who work here are great, but the billing and administrative staff are useless. Their billing cadence is months behind and frequently inaccurate, and I recently had an important appointment rescheduled for the 4th time. It has now been close to a year I have waited for a consult with a specialist. I have received great treatment at the hospitals in both Cobleskill and Cooperstown, no idea why the staff at the Health Center cant figure it out. They are truly a discredit to the Bassett name, as their dozen of 1 star review on her clearly show.
Only giving a second start because of how much I like my physician and nurse here. They are both top notch, and I cant imagine how embarrassing it must be to graduate medical school and then be assigned to work for a facility this disorganized and unprofessional.
Robin Erickson: Diane and her team have always been so caring and good to our pets. When our dog broke her leg , the Surgeon said she would never walk right again.
Diane put her in a cast and for years after that Scooter not only walked but ran. She passed away but we will never forget the excellent care we received.
