I found this place through google and decided to give it a shot. I am so happy I gave it a shot! They did a great job with the shape and color. Additionally, I was able to be seen right away. The appointment was about an hour which was great for an after work appointment. Looking forward to coming back to get serviced again!

1 /5 Joanna Makayan: I have been here many times before when I lived in the area and the one day I decided to go back, I had the worst experience EVER. I had my SNS powder removed, but during the process, Jenny did not do a good job. First, she did not even soak my nails in acetone then tore off my first and second finger nails of my right hand while attempting to ply off the SNS powder with an acrylic nail. Then she used the electric nail file on my dry nails, so of course it hurt when she filed too deep and I told her it hurt and even flinched; but no acknowledgment or apology. I wanted to do SNS powered again, but I told her I would just do a regular manicure since 2 of the nails were already short. The first finger of my right hand, she attempted to file but obviously that’s the nail she tore off so I knew the skin was torn and I hope I do not get an infection. When it came time to pay, she did not hand me my full change and held onto her “tip” even after I asked her how much everything cost. I honestly should have gotten up and left after the few times I flinched and told her my nails hurt. I am very disappointed and should have asked to be seen by Cici instead. But I don’t think I will come back again.

Called ahead and they were ready when I arrived Update: came here again for my gel manicure this time and I have to admit.. it was lovely. My nails needed a manicure so I booked an appointment. They do not charge for removal if you get your new nails done there. My nails were filed and shaped so well. Very affordable. I signed up for their membership card, too. Will definitely be back. This is now my favorite nail spot in the area.

Juhe Park: These are my nails after 10 days. Cracked and has uneven surface with see thoroughness, chipped at the edges. The receptionist was rude and spoke in an ignoring tone and charged $50 for these. Never come for gel manicure.

emma kate: I have been going here for almost a decade now. They have never been good, but I understood you get what you pay for. Recently it has been getting worse and worse, but I will never return after today. They filed my skin, filed down my nail so far it burned, tried to pop my acrylic set off with a nail tip, ripped off parts of my natural nail, and were rude when I expressed I was in pain. Overall they destroyed my natural nails.

Allison W: Ended up being an ordeal; acrylic nails fell off after less than a week & *again* even after repairs in less than 4 weeks. The tech did a nice design on 2 of them, but not without very frustrating encounters. She would say “yes” to a question and then proceed to do something completely different, and ignore the details of what you were asking for repeatedly. For someone who is not very confrontational like myself, it was very awkward to continually to have to ask her to please do the shape that I wanted or not do something that I had already said I didn’t want. I’ve never written a bad review for a nail salon before, because I don’t think it’s an easy job! But this really was a waste of money, unfortunately. Maybe if you’re doing a simple mani/pedi it would be totally fine! Also, she insisted that they didn’t do gel extensions or tips, so I got a full set of acrylic, which is more $$$. When I had to go back to have them repaired, she didn’t even look at the broken one I tried to show her, and messed up the repair initially by using just tips, which is what I wanted in the first place! A bit of insult to injury on that one, haha.

They dont have half the colors they advertise, made me wait 2 different times in 1 session for eyebrows then say I have to wait again, they cant follow any designs you want and got mad when I asked for them to clean the table and give me a clean towel will NEVER go back!! Nails were trash and rushed!!

N.: Have been using this place for almost 10 years. Lately the service has been horrible and my last 3 visits have been bad. Making me wait 25 minutes at the pedicure station while they started working on a manicure that walked in behind me. This last visit I picked out an Ombre style and they said, "sure", then once my pedicure was done they said, "we are just going to do the one color, we cant do the Ombre unless you wait 35 minutes". Once again they put someone ahead if me. If they would have told me to begin with I would have picked out something different. I walked out and will not be returning.

Lisa K Jones: I have been going to Gratitude Nail Spa since they opened and followed Tu from her previous spot. She is the best nail tech in the area. Shes quick, but very meticulous and your nails will last longer than 2 weeks. Go see Tu and be sure to book your appointment in advance.

Mickayla Fitzpatrick: Dont waste your money anywhere else. This place cares about your nails and not money hungry like most places in this area. All the other places use drills on your nails making them weak and eventually making even worse problems. They only care about getting as much people in and out as possible because like I said they are money hungry they dont care about your nails and this place does. They take there time and the price is totally worth it. Also the staff is nice and friendly.
