5 /5 Edie Achenbach: Dr. Wojciechowski excels in his profession. He also has a gentle demeanor which takes the stress out of going to the doctors for me. I went to his practice a handful of years ago and the office staff as well as his nurse were not pleasant which was a huge turn off for me. This visit was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I’m glad I went back.

1 /5 Lisa Hughes: I’ve had a great experience with the 2 dr’s my family has seen. Dr. Holm most recently for my daughter and I’ve seen Dr. W for years… 5 stars for both of them. The office staff has been beyond rude lacking any customer service skills and plan to drop the practice after my daughter finishes up with current treatment. Do not start with this office new.

4 /5 JDHallowell: I have gone to this establishment for years. They are great and the doctors are professional. They help with prescriptions whenever I need it. I only didnt give it five stars because there can be long wait times for scheduling appointments.

5 /5 Trisha P: I brought my daughter there after going to multiple doctors for ringworm on her head. I could not get any solutions and nothing was helping. This was the only dermatologist within 2 hours that would see her in a timely manner. I was nervous because of the bad reviews but....I have to say, Dr Psaila was AMAZING! She was nice, she was right to the point and I appreciate that. She was kind and engaged with my 4 year old. She didnt beat around the bush. We had to have multiple visits and one time I accidentally showed up to the wrong doctors office. When I got to the correct office 15 minutes late, they still saw me! If I ever have an issue in the future I will definitely go back to her. My daughter has had to go to many doctors in her short life so naturally shes apprehensive. She was not scared at all with Dr. Psaila. Thank you for doing a great job with my child!

1 /5 Tracy Supernault: The doctor that my daughter saw Susan H. Psaila, was rude, short and very rushed. In my opinion she should not be practicing with that kind of bed side manner especially with a child. Nothing was explained to us, only towards her assistant, it was almost like we werent in the room and then she left the room without saying anything. I did not reschedule a follow up because of this.

Lindsay Dailor: It’s crazy to me that this facility does not have more reviews, and positive ones at that. I’ve always had a great experience here. I switched over from my regular doctor managing my thyroid disease to Lorraine Medina and she is the first doctor I have felt like has treated me with respect and listened to what I have to say. She has communicated very well the past several years I’ve been seeing her and I wouldn’t ever want to go back or prefer anyone else. Most recently, my insurance no longer covered my thyroid medication, which sent me into a spiral. Luckily, I was able to connect with Andrianna and she was AMAZING. Stayed in touch with me every step of the way and moved the process along so incredibly quick. She called me prior to the weekend starting to let me know my insurance approved their request and I would be covered for the next year. That is exceptional and above and beyond customer care. I appreciate everyone I talk to at this establishment and feel my care is in great hands. Thank you everyone.

Dr N Scott: Dr. O is a fantastic doctor. He ensures that he takes the time needed to address your needs. He has been my doctor for many years. I have no complaints about his level of care or expertise. Everyone has their own experiences, and I will not downplay anyones feelings. However, for the comments that are overly negative, please be mindful that there is more than one side to those interactions.

Jennifer Helm: I went to the one at unity Hospital, the Lipson Cancer Center. The date on my chart said one day and a card I got in the mail said different so I called there and asked which one was my appointment. They told me the one on my chart. I took the day off and went there and told them I was here. they said no your appointments on the date on the card they sent. This is not the first time it’s happened. They are unorganized and unprofessional. People that have to go to a cancer center shouldn’t have added stress in their life. The least you could do is give them the correct day that their appointment is. My mom just found out she has cancer and I told her to stay away from that place.

Gail Moyer: New building,less services. Rude receptionist, nothing is posted when services are given on what days. If the office doesnt post when they work how are the veterans suppose to know. The hours say from 8 to 430 and when they are closed for lunch but that doesnt mean you will be seen or what services are given on what days. Was told only have 2 nurses and only one other person there it was around 930 , so they can only do labs on certain days. Very sad for the local veterans.

K and C E: In a cancer center, the receptionists dont greet you or say goodbye. They just stare and talk amongst themselves. The mens bathrooms sink didnt work for water or soap. In a cancer center!! However Lillian Ackerman, SLP was very sweet, the first provider ever to have read my lengthy chart beforehand. She took her time with me, explained everything, was very patient. Five stars for her, not for the practice as a whole.

NYU Langone Hospital Long Island - Mineola

Babylizardparade: this hospital has decided that the solution to having pigeons around is to trap a bunch of them and leave them in an outdoor break area to slowly starve to death in the cold. This is absolutely unacceptable and also sooooo many health code violations! They need to be charged with animal cruelty and fined since all they care about is $$$$. Plus they treated my boyfriend when he was in an accident and failed to properly stop his foot from bleeding or clean it properly and he got a severe blood infection from the open wound in his foot that the nurse treating him didnt even bother with.

NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island Research & Academic Center - Mineola

Sim Lyriti: The photo is deceptive, half of the driveway is blocked by signs of NO PARKING at every yard, like the white signs from the picture are blocking a half of the curve for no reason! Besides that, there are 5 big guys sitting at the Parking entrance to “help” you park the car (so called valet) despite the fact that it is a simple flat open parking where every one can put the car without help. Why are 5 guys there? If these 5 guys are sitting without doing anything, why they cannot observe the driveway and not allow parking instead of blocking it. There is no space to STAY and pick-up a patient or wait for one. Total disrespect for the people AND THE PATIENTS, the whole setting is an ABOMINATION! What is the administration doing? These are the cases where I am ashamed to belong to the same human race!
