1 /5 mimi: DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could rate this salon I would give it a -1000000. This was the worst hair experience of my entire life. The people that work at this salon are incredibly horrible at their jobs. I doubt they have any sort of training in the slightest. I had gone to get a wash and blowout. To start this disastrous appointment, the woman who washed my hair was so rough on my head and did not condition my hair at all. I can’t comprehend how you can screw up washing hair but she sure as hell found a way. After a painful washing experience I was sat in a salon chair with a different woman. She takes the cake for worst hairdresser I’ve ever seen. She sprayed my wet, unbrushed hair with hairspray and proceeded to go straight into blow drying my hair. No brushing it or anything. I lost half of my head of hair at this appointment I wish to god I was joking. This woman met resistance in my hair and continued to run the brush, painfully, through my hair. I said ow multiple times and she ignored me. I am absolutely baffled at how she even keeps her job with these methods. After the worst blowout in history, my hair was so fried and crunchy I couldn’t help but cry. I had an event to go to and I’ve never felt worse. It was so traumatic I just want to prevent another person from experiencing this. I am literally not a Karen and I’ve never in my life written a review like this but I need to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I must repeat again do not under any circumstances, if you value your hair at all, go here.

5 /5 J T: Kim is my favorite long-time hairstylist for the last 20+ years. She has consistently cut my hair to my liking each and every time. The same Albanian lady who washes my hair is also like an old friend. Today, a wonderful Belarusian woman washed my hair and she is delightful, too.

1 /5 Odd team of the Undertaker, Mumkhar, and Ron Paul: DO NOT GO HERE! Please, save yourself the trouble! They are so terribly nasty to their customers. It is absolutely disgusting the way Ive seen people treated here. My crappy stylist was, at best, indifferent. But the way Ive seen them treat people just makes me sick... also they have a predatory and dishonest pricing model and will spring random charges onto you that are completely inconsistent with the prices they purport upfront! Makes me sick that an evil, predatory business like this can subsist. In a perfect world, businesses like this would not exist. But this is not a perfect world...

2 /5 Jhully Ordóñez Sandoya: Today I went to the hairdresser and asked for just a wash and cut set (not brushing). The hairdresser was very good at giving me the cut. Then she started drying my hair and I thought he was just going to remove some of the moisture. But I didnt understand why she end up brushing my hair completely. When I went to pay, the girl at the reception told me it was $40. When I asked why the price was higher, she told me that I had asked for washing, cutting and brushing and I did NOT ask for that and I told her so. But she only knew how to tell me that maybe when they cut my hair it was long. The local signs make it clear that this service costs $25 (approx.). But I dont know much English, so I couldnt defend myself any further. Its not my fault if the receptionist and the hairdressers dont communicate well with each other. I would like someone in charge to give me a ticket or voucher with a portion of the discount. I hope for some kind of response. Thank you.

1 /5 Myrna Arroyo: I normally do my eyebrows here pretty often and always leave happy but today was by far the WORST experience getting them done. 22$ was not worth what I got done today. The lady who was there did not bother to pluck , trim or even TRY to fix my eyebrows. I had them already shaped fine I just needed to touch them up and I left looking worse than what I came in with. Definitely do not recommend unless it’s Nayyer. I was better off going to a local nail shop and paying 10$ to get my eyebrows waxed perfectly than what I got done today.
