Chyanne elaine: Im not very thrilled with the "care" Ive had here at strong. Ive been here since Thursday morning due to bleeding while pregnant. The nurses are great, well some. But the doctors are a joke. Im hardly told the same thing twice and Im supposed to trust this entire unit with my care? My IV hasnt been flushed in 15 hours. Im 28 weeks and leaving against medical advice because I dont feel comfortable here. Its not good for my mental health and its causing unnecessary stress. I wouldnt recommend going here. Find some place else.

Joanne Walessmith: Excellent service and professional employees. The worst place in Monroe County for handicap parking. There are spaces, but usually have to wait. The handicap spots are a mile away from the building!! Im grateful for the ambassador assistance which is long overdue. Calling them upon arrival is the greatest service. The ambassador will come to the parking lot with a wheelchair and take you to your appointment. They also will bring you back to your car after your appointment. Im so grateful. Thank You. .

JON MCLEAN: RRH treats patients like there is no other place to go for care. Im sick of being treated like a sack of meat. Today they cancelled a precription for migraine medicine I have had for years, and they didnt even bother to tell me. RRH, you are not the only show in town!

amy emens: Review of Golisano Children’s Hospital and Pediatric Emergency Room Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) As a parent of a special needs child, finding a medical facility that not only meets my son’s needs but also provides a compassionate and supportive environment can be challenging. However, I can confidently say that Golisano Children’s Hospital stands out as the best choice for pediatric care in our area. We recently visited their Pediatric Emergency Room, and I was once again reminded of why this hospital is our go-to place, despite living closer to another facility. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They quickly addressed my son’s needs with professionalism and warmth, making what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. During our stay, we were admitted to Tower Eight North, where we had the pleasure of being cared for by two exceptional nurses, Samantha and Will. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made all the difference for my son, Tyler, who is known for his playful spirit. Samantha and Will not only provided outstanding medical care but also took the time to engage with Tyler, making him feel comfortable and valued. Their ability to connect with him and nurture his unique personality is a testament to their dedication and love for their work. It is evident that the staff at Golisano Children’s Hospital are not just employees; they are passionate individuals who truly care about their patients. Samantha and Will exemplify the hospital’s commitment to providing excellent care, and I believe they are invaluable assets to the team. Their compassion and professionalism shine through in every interaction, and I am incredibly grateful for the positive experiences weve had at this facility. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Golisano Children’s Hospital for any pediatric needs. The combination of expert medical care and heartfelt compassion creates an environment where both children and their families can feel safe and supported. Thank you, Samantha and Will, for your unwavering kindness and for making Tylers experience a wonderful one. We are fortunate to have such a remarkable hospital in our community.

Marianne Matacale: My husband had been at another facility for many years misdiagnosed. Before we even met the team at U of R neurology, he had a complete team of caregivers. Once we met them, they quickly diagnosed my husband. I cant say enough about their caring, professional way, I will be forever. Grateful that I met them.

Grace L: Dr Robbyn Upham provides bias care. She is unwelcoming and demeaning towards patients. She provided minimal assessment regarding very serious concerns that were later diagnosed. Due to Dr Upham’s poor assessment, I suffered significantly, much longer than I should have. Her response to my very serious medical concerns was to “ read a book”.

ShaNaye Shakir-Muhammad: This review is of the PA (Becky Thomas) that I seen yesterday. This was an transfer/establish care visit. The reason I seen the PA first was because Dr. Stuber wasnt available until January for new patients. Check-in went great, the receptionist was kind and friendly. The wait time to be called in was only 3-5 minutes. The nurse was great as well she listened and was nice and comforting. I waited about 5 minutes before the PA, Becky came in. She came in with an attitude and was rushing. She told me that they were 45 minutes behind. She asked me questions about my health and other things but she never physically examined me! I have a wound that needed to be looked at she refused to put on gloves to examine it, I had to remove the bandage myself to show her it. When I got home I checked the notes she had written about my visit. Not only were they wildly inaccurate, she made up answers to questions she never asked me!
