Canandaigua VA Medical Center - Canandaigua Bryan M: Update: while their audiology dept did lose my hearing test proving my hearing loss I do have to admit that has been overshadowed by the drastic change I have experienced here. It used to be a rundown facility with intatentive care less staff. Now the care facilities actually feel like a modern hospital with staff that are proactive in helping with medical needs. I feel so much better about coming here than I had in the past.
Canandaigua Urgent Care - Thompson Health - Canandaigua R D: After a serious fall on the ice, I greatly appreciate the care that I received at this Urgent Care.
The staff were both friendly/thorough. The wait time was minimal.
The nurse (Patty) and the X-Ray tech were excellent.
I highly recommend this location.
Canandaigua Medical Group - Canandaigua Brianna Taylor: Cassandra is the absolute sweetest. Very nice, understanding and made sure I was comfortable the ENTIRE time. The first appointment I had they decided to r/s but only due to a death in my family, told me to be with family instead. Which was very thoughtful and nice. She went out of her way that day to explain everything, and today did the same. Walked me through what we’d do and was just super nice and caring. It’s really rare to get nice nurses, doctors, so to have someone as nice as her was very refreshing. Hannah was also there and was very nice as well. They both made sure I was comfy and that I was good the entire time and constantly checking in making sure I was good. Def would recommend:)
Wyoming County Community Health System - Warsaw Jessica Rosati: I had an outpatient procedure performed by Dr. Dibenedetto last year. He and his team were courteous and professional. They took great care of me and were able to accommodate me in a tight schedule. The facilities were clean and the nurses and staff helped me to feel comfortable and safe.
Ontario Neurology Associates - Canandaigua Emily Bohrer: I was given the wrong address and became extremely overstimulated and overwhelmed as I dont like to leave the house at all. I tried to explain that but was laughed at anyway when I went to leave the office. Being doctors, youd think theyd at least have some kind of understanding of autism but they dont. I felt like the lowest dirt after leaving. I really hope I never have to go back!
M. M. Ewing Continuing Care Center - Canandaigua Christina Luciano: They went above and beyond with my father! The women are so nice here, and have so much patience. My dad stayed here for about two weeks to rehab his leg since he got surgery. He is doing so much better. It is very clean as well, the food honestly isnt bad as well. The staff is really caring. Thank you Jenn, Tina, Wendy, and Amber. Thanks so much!
