Tammy Piccolo: My husband of 34 years. Has lung Cancer. Dr. Woodlock is part of the team who has been caring for his health needs. My husband really likes the team at Unity, he choose them over the recommended strong cancer center. He has never had a bad experience with any of the dr. At Unity.
Lindsay Dailor: It’s crazy to me that this facility does not have more reviews, and positive ones at that. I’ve always had a great experience here. I switched over from my regular doctor managing my thyroid disease to Lorraine Medina and she is the first doctor I have felt like has treated me with respect and listened to what I have to say. She has communicated very well the past several years I’ve been seeing her and I wouldn’t ever want to go back or prefer anyone else. Most recently, my insurance no longer covered my thyroid medication, which sent me into a spiral. Luckily, I was able to connect with Andrianna and she was AMAZING. Stayed in touch with me every step of the way and moved the process along so incredibly quick. She called me prior to the weekend starting to let me know my insurance approved their request and I would be covered for the next year. That is exceptional and above and beyond customer care. I appreciate everyone I talk to at this establishment and feel my care is in great hands. Thank you everyone.
K and C E: In a cancer center, the receptionists dont greet you or say goodbye. They just stare and talk amongst themselves. The mens bathrooms sink didnt work for water or soap. In a cancer center!!
However Lillian Ackerman, SLP was very sweet, the first provider ever to have read my lengthy chart beforehand. She took her time with me, explained everything, was very patient. Five stars for her, not for the practice as a whole.
Babylizardparade: this hospital has decided that the solution to having pigeons around is to trap a bunch of them and leave them in an outdoor break area to slowly starve to death in the cold. This is absolutely unacceptable and also sooooo many health code violations! They need to be charged with animal cruelty and fined since all they care about is $$$$. Plus they treated my boyfriend when he was in an accident and failed to properly stop his foot from bleeding or clean it properly and he got a severe blood infection from the open wound in his foot that the nurse treating him didnt even bother with.
