3 /5 Carmella Musgrove: I really hate how RRH sets up appointments with patients. If you have been seen within 3 years, then you are considered a new patient. Now, I have to wait 4 months out to be seen as a consultation appointment which in 30 minutes and have to wait some more for an actual appointment for and issue that I have already been seen for in the past.
In other words, the issue I had before can be taken care of the same way as from one appointment. During my consultation appointment the doctor withh discuss my symptoms, ask my questions, and go over my ultrasound. Only to tell me I have to schedule another appointment for another biopsy. If theres an issue I will have to schedule yet another appointment.
CAN WE JUST CUT TO THE CHASE AND MAKE THE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT COMBINED.
I should have made a appointment every year to make sure I kept my patient status current, so that Im never seen as a NEW PATIENT!
This is extremely frustrating when you have to keep coming back!
