5 /5 Holiday Ice Batavia: I have never had a bad experience with this office and Dr Donovan. I have gone to this office for for about ten years. The staff is great in every aspect. They have always been very nice to deal with. I am very pleased with the doctors here they seem to care about what your going through.

5 /5 Clayton Taft: I had,a kidney stone. I went to Highland Hospital ED saw Dr. Jason. He was great. The last Urologist I saw at Strong and he told me not to come back and waste his time. So when I saw Dr. Jason I asked him if he was taking New patients he said yes but he told me he was out of Batavia. I have been seeing him ever since... Thank God

5 /5 Robin Clemm: I called to schedule an appointment and they scheduled me for a couple days after! The staff was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic! Great people! I’m so glad we have them here in our community.
