1 /5 James Mohrman: I was initially very pleased with the service I received—everyone from the receptionist to the dentist provided five-star care. However, my experience took a frustrating turn when my X-rays from Urgent Dental were not forwarded to my dentist as expected. When I raised my concern with management, I was met with defensiveness rather than a willingness to resolve the issue. It was an unpleasant and disappointing interaction. If you choose to go here, double-check that they have the correct email to forward your records, and unfortunately, be prepared to advocate for yourself to ensure your information is handled properly.
I originally left a five-star review, then had to downgrade it to three stars. But after reading the owner’s response, I was absolutely disgusted—now it’s a one-star review. It took two weeks and a call to my dentist for me to realize they never even sent my x-ray. When I followed up, it became clear they had used the wrong email. Mistakes happen, but instead of owning up to it, they acted like they had done everything right—which is a blatant lie. Because of their incompetence, I had to spend another $200 for a new x-ray at my oral surgeon, even though I had already paid for one at Urgent Dental. Completely unacceptable.
