5 /5 Carol Thomas: I work at another VAMC. I brought a Veteran for an appointment today to the Buffalo VAMC. Dr. Ferrario was a breath of fresh air! She was pleasant, strait forward and very knowledgeable. She answered all the veterans questions and even escorted us to the area to schedule upcoming appointments. She should be commended on her acceptional care! I definitely would recommend her to any veteran.
