2 /5 Yannis K: I have been going to this practice for 15 yrs now. The last few years I have been treated by Dr. Lassale and I have been very happy with him. The quality of the practice itself, however, has taken a deep dive south due to poor customer care, and the admin staff. Long waits, front desk employees that cannot even figure out how to find copay amounts and can have you wait 30+ mins before you are checked in. If your time is valuable to you, if customer care is important to you, I’d suggest looking for alternatives - which is what I am doing.

I recommend this place cause they make you feel like family and the hospitality and the professionalism is above and beyond.

5 /5 Scott Lucas: Great appointment. I was able to see somebody (on a holiday no less!) and got my prescription filled and an in-person appointment cleared with my insurance and scheduled within an hour. The nurse was friendly and efficient.
