5 /5 Ray Reynolds Jr: I brought my truck here to have my engine oil cooler lines replaced. I opted not to have a dealer do the work, believing their quoted price was too expensive. The employees were very pleasant. While I was waiting for the work to be completed, I witnessed how they treated their customers and tried to do right by them. I was impressed. When it came time to settle my repair bill, it was actually higher than the dealerships quoted price. I was more than a bit surprised. I supplied my own part, which did increase the labor rate a little, but I could only figure it took a little longer than the dealership as the reason. I was feeling a little shocked, but they did right by me and matched the dealer quote. I was much happier spending my money at a local business, and very grateful that they made an adjustment, which is why they get a 5 star review. They also happen to have a very reasonable price for oil changes as well. Probably about $20 cheaper for my truck than what I have been paying. Support your local businesses, unlike big box stores, you are dealing with people that care about their customers!
