Julie Pierce: He doesnt read my chart, doesnt see what kind of insurance I have n tells me I have to see other Drs to get certain orders or prescriptions. He passes the buck to other Drs do they all can get paid. Leaves me to suffer in pain even when my surgeon explains my needs. He doesnt listen n just rushes me in n out so I forget to tell him other things that are going on. I am looking for a Dr that cares n respects me not one that just passes me off. Wont call in my scripts ñ left me manic n withdrawing from my antidepressant and now I am not on anything. Please keep looking if youre looking for a Dr. Its hard to get thru to the office as they leave answering service one when theyre in office. No same day appts either when youre sick. I waited 3 days to get in when I was ill

Aniko Magyar: I didnt even want to go to the ER because I dread the long hours of waiting and the lack of hospitality, Today was quick. In and out. They moved professionally…Clean and organized! Opposite side of the Kings County Center -walkway…

Sharon Harper: The staff from the beginning till the end was excellent. I was there February 2 and 3rd in the ER. RSV,and asthma. They treated me like I was special. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible. With food and everything. Even charging my phone. My name is Sharon Harper and I want to applaud every doctor and nurse who took care of me. Keep up the good work!!!

Oscar Richards: I had an absolutely terrible experience at [suny downstate 8th floor]. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is in complete disarray. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the food was awful, and the entire establishment felt neglected. The building itself is in desperate need of renovation—it looks run-down and poorly maintained. On top of that, the atmosphere was chaotic and lawless, with no sense of order or professionalism. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money—go somewhere else! --- If you want to add more specifics, like a bad interaction with staff or a particular issue with the food, I can tweak it further. Let me know!

Taylor Wallan: My Dr here refuses to refill my medication Ive been on for 5 years. I also came here SEVERAL times for ear pain last year, I was told I have fluid in both ears, most likely a double ear infections. They were supposed to send meds to my pharmacy but never did.. The pain has only gotten worse, & I now have a hard time hearing at all. This place is nothing but neglectfull.

Tiffany Wahl: If you want to go somewhere that can’t figure out what’s wrong, won’t listen to the patient or family and has nurses with egos the size of Texas that insist they know better and refuse to listen when the patient advocates for herself on something as simple as using a heat pack being the only way to get a blood draw on her while going through this unknown mystery illness then go here. And if you want a chemical burn from them being in a rush and covering the failed blood draw spot before letting the alcohol dry. Also keep an eye out the window, might see the drone they have peeping in your windows! (A couple nurses were fantastic but about half on PCU including the charge nurse Valery were absolutely embarrassing on how they treat patients. For the charge nurse to storm off when the patient advised that she needs a heat pack to get a blood draw in current state because she had too big of an ego to use one then retaliated on the patient when coming in to do the next test was more than an embarrassment to the hospital. Maybe they are too used to patients on that floor not being able to speak. Also the focus on the patient not having personal items out taking priority over taking care of the patient was another embarrassment. Food was hardly edible for patients or in the very over priced cafe they have compared to multiple other hospitals recently. A week later still waiting for the patient advocate team to call back.
