1 /5 Margaret Liu Clinton: DO NOT visit any Tend office. Everyone working there is lovely and competent, but if you are seeking actual medical care - visit a traditional dental practice. This review could easily apply to many medical start-ups that offer quick initial appointments, but have segmented their operations in such a way (to optimize profit) that any sort of follow-up becomes convoluted, if not to say impossible. The initial exam interface is great. The people on staff are great. Heres where things fall apart - I was diagnosed with an infection, told that I would receive a Rx for antibiotics, but the practice never called in the prescription. I emailed the practice, I emailed the doctor. No responses. I called two days in a row - after calling the pharmacy repeatedly - and the call center - also friendly, couldnt really help. I was told that the doctor was out and the other that was meant to call in the script - didnt. When this company claims to: "to prioritize your safety, health and comfort" - they dont. Each person on the team might try to do so - but the weakest link is a company that cant connect the providers care to the patient, unfortunately.
