Julianne Schweigardt: Getting established as a new patient is a nightmare. My previous GP retired 12/24/2024. I have done my due diligence to get my records to the office. Now I have to wait for the doctor to review the records before they will schedule an appointment. In the meantime I’ve developed a respiratory issue and my refills on needed prescription are running out. Than goodness for my allergist Dr Robinson. That office is fantastic and been helping with respiratory issue because I can’t get an appointment. This has been going on for over a month now

Derek Srygley: Patients beware! They have a two line system at check-in, but if you follow the system, they will allow other people to cut you in line. I waited in the line that I was supposed to for lab draw, and they even pulled people out of the back of that line to go ahead of me. I would like to believe that the receptionists aren’t doing this maliciously, but instead that their own system is confusing them. If they would see people in the order they arrive, I would give them five stars.
