2 /5 Matthew Schudel: When I started going here in 2016 there was a wonderful women that helped me with my dental anxieties.
They were fantastic. My wife started going here also shortly after. When we had kids we brought them here. In the last 2 years its gone drastically downhill. Continued collection notices every other month because they dont submit enough proof (i.e. measurements and X-rays) for procedures to be covered by insurance that are done with their consent. Mind you, I have state insurance that is phenomenal and pays for nearly everything. The book keeping is just absolutely garbage. Constant cancelled appointments which are a horrible inconvenience. I work 45 min away and I schedule months in advance for 330pm appointments. I have not seen a repeat cleaning person in 2 years. I dont know what happened to this location, but I feel it has been overrun by garbage and failing due to turnover. Before I call it quits on WNYDental, Ill try there sister locations, which conveniently enough Gates and Penfield are always a pleasure to deal with on the phone since stone ridge doesnt answer the calls or resolve any of my problems with scheduling, insurance and billing. In this day and age it is quite depressing when a cookie jar you respect and trust is defecated in as they are very few and far between. RIP Stone Ridge....
