5 /5 Mart Jay: 12-18-24. Highly recommend! Thumb laceration, 7 o’clock hour. Called ahead to make sure they could stitch or glue. Walked in, check in was quick. I was taken back within 5 minutes. Treated with in 10 minutes. First nurse that saw me was kinds and respectful, did vitals told me next steps. Doctor came in he was awesome. We chatted as he treated. It was like we were old buddies. Nurse that came in to give a shot was also very kind and respectful. Out the door! Great experience. 5 plus stars!

5 /5 Mandy Spring: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ☺️ I live in Attica so the drive here is kinda out of my way, but it is SO worth it! I dont mind traveling for excellent medical care. The staff here are amazing from check in to discharge. The nurses, the PA, everybody is very personable and kind to listen to your concerns. I never once have had a problem going here for various acute illnesses. Great job WNY Immediate Care!

5 /5 Jeff J: The weather was cold and snowy today, and Immediate Care was open when others were closed. The staff were friendly and efficient. I had an appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a prescription for my acute issue. Thanks to the team there!

5 /5 BobbyS: There weren’t many patients when I visited, but they were efficient and attentive. I had an infected tooth and really needed antibiotics. They took vitals, I saw the doctor who looked briefly at the infection and my prescription was waiting for me when I got to Wegmans. I have been here a few other times and I always felt that it is well run.

They were very kind, compassionate and explained in great detail, the issues I came to see them about and applied the necessary remedies to treat my condition. The follow-up visit was just as informative and helpful. Thank you all!
