Suzanne Thomas: I was seen for sick visit with Margaret Moran PA for Dr Corigliano. She was very kind, empathetic and patient. She is a great asset to his practice. Very efficient and short wait time in Lockport.
Matt Pasternak: It doesn’t surprise me other reviews on this page talking about money grab appointment’s and just wasting your time. I trusted this place with my health and being hung up on repeatedly by the staff here has lead me to writing this review. You don’t hang up on people that are following up after another hospital visit because this place has failed as a health provider. The appointment I’m
Still waiting on should have been suggested months ago but since I’m dealing with a bunch of pill pushers that don’t believe in dangerous medication interactions, I’m forced to wait like 8 visits to the ER in 2 months is normal. This place deserves to be investigated.
Caitlin Kunichika: Just WOW! The staff is amazing and the process was so easy and honestly ideal for littles! We reserved a time and when we got there we were seen without 5 minutes of our scheduled time. This was a drive for us (about 50 mins) but it beats having to wait in an ER or urgent care waiting room for an extended amount of time with a sick toddler. I highly recommend this place and will continue to make the trip when we need to
Liz Edwards: Terrible phone service! Poor in person service here! Dr. Curtis works one day a week. What doctor works one day a week? Also, this cardiologist doesnt even examine you, a PA does. Why is this doctor making big money that doesnt even examine you? Will be looking elsewhere! Any suggestions on a good cardiologist with good service?
Hidaya Majeed: I am beyond furious with the service at this doctor’s office. They never answer the phone, making it absolutely impossible to get through for appointments or inquiries. It’s as if they don’t care about their patients at all. I’ve wasted countless hours trying to get someone to pick up, only to be met with endless ringing or rude, dismissive staff when someone finally answers.
The staff’s attitude is appalling. They are consistently rude, unprofessional, and treat patients like a burden. It’s clear that they have no interest in providing decent customer service or even basic human decency. Their indifference is infuriating and unacceptable.
To add insult to injury, the wait times are a complete joke. Despite having an appointment, I’ve never waited less than an hour to be seen. The waiting room is overcrowded and uncomfortable, making the experience even worse. It’s obvious that this office is grossly mismanaged and has zero respect for their patients’ time.
Overall, this place is a nightmare. The lack of communication, horrendous customer service, and absurdly long wait times make it one of the worst medical offices I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other practices out there that actually care about their patients and know how to run an office properly.
scott yunke: Very. Caring staff..Dr are very busy with a lot of folks with issues. Facility is old and needs updating one shower , one crappy phone .. food was warm and good for most part .. programs has some busy time and some down time..... I give a higher star if not for facility it self . Glad it was close and accessible for me.
tara petty: Multiple bad experiences with this office.
I was referred initially to follow up about some abnormal results. Dr. Gonka scheduled some imaging to be done. Her and multiple of her staff told me multiple times that I would have all of the results before I left the day of the imaging. This did not happen. Dr. Gonka told me she would call with the results if there were any issues. She never called. There was no follow up.
About a year later, after visiting the ER due to kidney stones, my primary scheduled a visit with this office for follow up as I was already established there as a patient. This office communicated the wrong date of the appointment, so when I showed up for my appointment at the time I was told, they said I would not be seen that day, and that the appointment was for the next day.
When I came back the next day and finally saw the doctor, the doctor had no idea why I was there. She thought I was there to follow up from the testing done a year earlier. She had to scramble to look at the notes and did not look at the most recent imaging but only a summary of the findings.
She scheduled me for more imaging that day, which I had done after seeing her. She also said that I needed to schedule a follow up appointment with her six weeks out to discuss treatment of the remaining stones. The office called me later in the day with the results of the imaging done that day.
That follow up appointment was today. I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. The provider I saw was not Dr. Gonka. All the provider did was give me the results of the imaging that I already had from six weeks prior. There was no conversation about treating the remaining stones. When asked about it, the provider said they were stable. I already knew that. It was a complete waste of time.
Due to multiple chronic health conditions that I manage, I see multiple specialists on a regular basis. I am used to a range of the level of care across different specialties. None of my experiences have been like this. This office feels like a human factory and the incompetence demonstrated by multiple levels of their staffing leads to me questioning their competence to provide appropriate, adequate care. I will be working with my primary to establish care with a different urologist for any future care. Avoid if at all possible.
