5 /5 A.N. Michelakis: I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. The staff were great and very attentive. I was in and out in about 2 hours. The waiting room was practically empty when I got there with only one person ahead of me. Wait times might have more to do with how many patients a doctor books than the facility itself.

5 /5 Barbara Somlo: I was quite wary after reading so many negative reviews. I had an appointment for a 10:30 AM colonoscopy with Dr. Linden. I was greeted cheerfully by reception. They brought my ID and insurance cards to me at my seat, rather than call me back to the front desk. I was at an intake desk within minutes and then immediately lead to my pre-procedure bed. Everyone was friendly and professional. My anesthesiologist was unusually playful and great, and Dr. Linden was wonderful, as he is every five years. I was in and out of the clean modern facility within two hours. Easy breezy.

5 /5 Greer Smith: was very nervous when i read the reviews about the long waits but my wait wasn’t long. appointment was at 7:30 and arrived at 7. was out by 9:30. very nice nurses and doctors. i would recommend making an early appointment otherwise you are potentially waiting because of others who were late or sadly had complications like finding cancer during the procedure. not sure if wait times are different based on which person is your doctor but my doctor is dr palma and everything ran smoothly for me.
