5 /5 Maria DeFilippo: Awesome doctors and staff! They are very thorough, very friendly, and always try to fit you in right away. My kids have been going to Dr. Baier for over 10 years and we have NEVER had a bad experience. In fact, when my oldest son was 3 months old we were going to a different doctor in the area. We were 15 minutes late arriving to a sick appt., so the other doctor turned us away. At a recommendation from a friend, we left that office and went right from there to Dr. Baier who saw him immediately-even though he was not already his patient!! Definitely deserving of 5+ stars.

5 /5 Ashley Mark: The office has a great staff and friendly. I feel very comfortable taking my kids there. They do run tests if need be and don’t just brush things off. The only thing I wish they had was a “well visit” waiting area and “sick visit waiting area”. Our old office in a syracuse had this along with the rooms in the back being sperate as well. Just a suggestion I hope they implement some day.

5 /5 Amber Baker: 5 stars for Dr. Baier because he’s by far the best DR ever. Had him when I was a child and now both of my sons go here. Great man. My kids love him!!! If it weren’t for Dr. Baier I would rate this place 2 stars due to the lady who takes appts that just hung up on me without making me an appointment. Very rude.

1 /5 Nikk huber: I have a family member whos been sick for a few days, and they wont see him, just to check and make sure everything is good. If a child is sick and out of school for a few days, then youd think even if its nothing that hed be seen. This is starting to get ridiculious. It took them a few hours to call me back.
