5 /5 Shyteze Sinkler: I had a 1:30 appointment for this day I was called to come in early. They were able to see me get my teeth clean. And I was very happy with the service. I would recommend friends and family. They also cleaned my 2 year old teeth she was happy to get them done.

1 /5 Will Quinn: Ive never left a review in my entire life for anywhere. Till today. I went in to Wilson dental today to have a cleaning and an exam done. I had one of them done if you can call it that. My appointment was for 9:45. I was not seen till almost 10:45. While waiting and looking around I notice how dirty the whole facility was. After waiting an hour and getting called in I was bouncing around from a room to room and then to a chair where I was going to be seen by a dentist. I have no expertise in dentistry. I do know a cleaning should take more than 3 minutes. The dentist came over cut my gums worse than Ive ever experienced in my life and said my cleaning was done. A total of 3 minutes maybe four at the most and I was sent out the door and got told to go make an appointment for a exam that was supposed to be done today. In my opinion youd be better going to a veterinarian clinic you would get better help. And better healthcare through a vet. Overall I wouldnt take anybody there. Even in an emergency situation. I also want to note that I had a big piece of my tooth missing and it wasnt even noticed or talked about. And it was the reason that I was going there.

1 /5 g h: This place is joke! Apt was at 8 am, arrives 15 minutes early. I say for 1 hour and half. They took my back for surgery waited another 20 minutes. After they did not explain any after care or any instructions. Never talked about medication. Thankfully the person who brought me just had her wisdom teeth removed so she knew to ask ! They did not assist with getting me out the door. No wheel chair was offered. Absolutely no help! Went to pick up my RX, and of course they sent it to the wrong location. Most unprofessional place ever.

1 /5 Meghan Campbell: Please read and sense the owner replied IVE REACHED OUT NOTHING WAS DONE THE OWNER CAN REACH OUT TO ME This will be a long post PLEASE READ DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I moved up here and needed a new dentist i didn’t have any pain or problems before hand I called Wilson dental they got me in within a few weeks for a cleaning but then couldn’t get me in for 6 months for my fillings. Well when it came time for my filling they called me and said so sorry but you will have to come in for ANOTHER cleaning sense it’s been 6 months (which was their fault not mine) I go for a cleaning can’t get me in for another month. I made it clear before they started anything that I have a grinding problem at night (which I’ve had numerous filling and never once had an issue with them falling out due to grinding. They did the form to do a mouth guard my insurance approved within a week. They had to give me 5 shots of novicane i thought they would do all 4 fillings at once they did 1 then had me come back weeks later for the other ones. Everytime I asked can we please do this mouth guard there was always an excuse as to why they couldn’t. When they did my filling I could tell the dentist (doctor craig) was over drilling my teeth I felt the wholes before she filled them and it was absolutely terrible. Then when it came time to seal the tooth the nurse Tiffany was moving her head every way talking to everyone and not even looking at the tooth she’s sealing and I feel the whole thing moving around. Finally after 1 and 1/2 months they got all my filling done but it didn’t stop there after a week I could feel that all of the seals to the fillings have fallen off. Due to not sealing properly and drilling too deep, at night when I grind little pieces of the filling are breaking off. Now I have sharp teeth in my mouth, it’s very painful to drink or eat, I can feel how deep she drilled, and again I never had a issue before coming here. I called it took them a month to get me in and they were going to discharge me because I had the flu and couldn’t make a appointment. After a month it was the day before my appointment they sent me a text CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT! I called I got a hold of a supervisor because it was going to be ANOTHER MONTH and she got me in two days away from then which is amazing. I came in I told doctor craig I would like my fillings filled that have all chipped I’m in severe pain and that night I will be going home and doing my Amazon mouth guard I bought because again, it has taken months and will take more months to get the one they make. This dentist was mad I wasnt giving her more of my money and I said that I just want these fixed so I can use my mouth guard and go to a new dentist when my insurance covers a new cleaning she DENIED ME. This dentist told me to bring me $10 mouth guard in come in ANOTHER TIME and she wasn’t gonna do any fillings that’s day. She walked out of the room and grabbed a nurse to stand at the end of the door and I started recording for my insurance company and she said “okay now this appointment is dismissed” which the appointment was over the moment she denied fixing my teeth out of retaliation and anger that she wasn’t going to be getting my service anymore because she messed up my teeth. I’m 25 my teeth were decent before this and now I’m in severe pain and she did NOTHING TO FIX IT. Doctor Craig and nurse Tiffany were absolutely terrible to me and from day one they didn’t do anything correctly and I was nothing but nice. Also let’s add one of the filling she did I can’t even floss my tooth properly and she refused to fix that as well. Absolutely terrible please save your time and insurance money I found a new dentist out of Monroe county but sense they messed up and did a new cleaning a few months ago now I have to wait even longer to even be seen by a dentist!
