The entire team both in the hospital and in the office are extremely professional and compassionate. Ive had weeks of television, some obscure, but Im thinking the hip might be ready to learn some old-fashioned clog dancing. Why not, right?

Nuvance Health Medical Practice - Primary Care Poughkeepsie - Poughkeepsie Jeannine: Amazing doctors and staff! Especially Lindsey the phlebotomist! I went in for blood work. Nervous because my veins are terrible. I ALWAYS end up getting stuck at least 3 times......She was able to draw my blood on the first try immediately and with no pain whatsoever. I was shocked. This is a great practice!!!

Sun River Health Poughkeepsie - Poughkeepsie Elle KD: I’ve been coming to Sun River since it was Hudson health. Clean facilities, front desk receptionists are working hard to get the line down. I was there for my appointment about 30 min early and was able to observe things. Supervisors are always walking around making sure the staff and patients are ok. The back offices are really short staffed and they seem to work as a team. The wait time to see Dr. Simpson is long but she does a very thorough check up. There is definitely a positive change over the last 10 months.
Northern Medical Group - Poughkeepsie Julie goldberg: Dr. Butler has been our primary doctor for about 4 years now. She’s an excellent doctor, she’s compassionate and she listens. I highly recommend Dr. Butler and if she ever moves to another group there is no doubt that we will be following her. Thank you Dr. Butler! We truly appreciate you!
Farah Toyserkani, MD - Poughkeepsie Jim Kimball: Dr. Toyserkani seemed nice at my first and last appointment. I wont go back because of her staff. Her medical assistant was very impatient with me when I apparently took too long to sit down in the chair. Her scheduling staff were impatient and got rude with me when I asked which month was said for my next appointment. Overall it wasnt a good experience.
Optum Multi-Specialty - Poughkeepsie - Poughkeepsie Jamie M: This review is specifically for the ophthalmology department. Everyone from the woman on the phone who scheduled my appointment, to the tech, to the doctor was unbelievably condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I have never been in a medical practice where everyone interrogated me & asked the same question repeatedly, almost as if they felt I was making up the issue I was seen for. They even went as far as to make snide remarks about and belittle the doctor who had referred me there!
I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen.. But they sure were quick to collect that copay in the waiting room beforehand.
All around just an awful & unwelcoming practice.
