1 /5 Inara Klashnikova: The most ridiculous interaction with the two manager that they have at this store today on a snow day when they weren’t doing much anyway. Unfortunately these people don’t know their own policies. Assistance via their app told me that I could exchange an online item at the store I just had to do it at the store, pictured provided. So I went out of my way to go to the store and the store manger tells me that they can’t. And suggest I contact customer service so I called customer service AGAIN. And spoke to live agent and to my surprise he’s sending me BACK TO THE STORE, since the item was paid for and purchased INSIDE their store and that the store manager shouldve done it for me despite not having the item available in the store. They could REORDER and EXCHANGE. This is not the first time their customer service fails but okay now, knowing your own policies are part of why they made u a manager. Please be considerate to people who are paying your salary. It’s annoying going back and fourth between the Physcial site and having to call them online. Hope they can educate themselves at some point in their lives.
