Thomas Werthman Staff was very kind and welcoming, It was also nice to hear Dr. Singh, explain everything, I have not had an experience like that with previous dentists(could feel a genuine feeling of concern from him also). Hope to continue working with them once I decide my treatment plan. They also got me in the same day I contacted them.

Sharon Peterson I was able to get a same day appointment due to a bad tooth. They accepted my insurance and set me up with a oral surgeon. I would highly recommend going there. The person you meet when you walk in was very knowledgeable and helped the process move forward.

Geoffrey Babson I was the first time patient, establishing with a with a dentist in the area. Staff was very helpful. Dr Singh was awesome. He gave me opportunity to ask questions and options. Im happy to say that I found what I think is going to be a great dentist in my area.

Rhonda Sanders I bring my granddaughter every 6 weeks. We love the staff! They always treat us with kindness! My granddaughter’s teeth look beautiful! The appointments are always on time! It’s a clean, friendly environment that I recommend highly!

Brooke Stowell This was our first time visiting Dr. Carusos office. The office was very clean, the check in was very simple, staff was super friendly! Dr. Caruso performed his evaluation, and took the time to answer all my questions during our consult. He was very friendly, and you could tell that he really knew his stuff and wanted a curious Mom and daughter duo to feel completely comfortable with the info given. When the treatment coordinator explained finance options, she too was very thorough and explained all our options well. I am very grateful for this team!

Kristen Reinhardt DO NOT go to Mohawk Dental. I wouldnt give them any stars if possible.The dentist and helper wife completely destroyed my teeth. Firstly, very rude, horrible and non existent customer service. Dentist rushes through work because he overbooks patients and work to be done on visit to be able to charge Medicaid more. The dental products, fillers and any other items are old, not to be used for that type of treatment etc. All the fillings and products needed and used on my teeth fell out, leaving my mouth worse then when I went to see him. Other people I have asked since have said the same thing happened to them. At the end of the visit I could not even close my mouth and put teeth together properly. So as I am standing up dentist sands down some of the filler. I wish I never went there, My teeth are so much worse than before. Also lost teeth because they were shaved down like pegs after the filling product fell out. I am still working up my self up to see another dentist, trying to find a good one. However I will probably lose the teeth he worked on now when before could have saved a couple. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Should not be a practicing dentist.

Brenda Capron With myself, my mother, and my autistic sister, I track our schedules with 12 different doctors/dentists; this is the only one with whom I have scheduling problems. Ive taken my sister to two appointments and spoken with them twice on the phone; each time they insisted my sister missed an appointment that we were never scheduled for, or that we came at the wrong time. They have a fee for missed appointments, but havent enforced it, or Id be filing a complaint with the BBB. The last time I spoke on the phone with him, I made him repeat the day and time - he did, 6 times. Today, his wife tells me my sister missed her appointment, but not to worry, because "nobody missed her". She shows me some other schedule, as if to prove shes right, but really just proved neither of them know how to use a computer. She was quite smug and quite clueless. They had time to take her today, because someone didnt show up. When that person does show up on the date they were told, theyll likely tell them that they missed their appointment today. The dentist took x-rays with an old machine and brushed my sisters teeth with the electric toothbrush they use in dentist offices. Thats it. Not even flossing. I find him to be nice and he was good with my sister, which is why we went back a second time. We wont be going a third.

Matthew Viti Unprofessional and unreliable. I received a confirmation call from the Dentist himself the evening before my scheduled appointment only to show up the next day and no one was there, the office was closed. Complete waste of time. They also struggle with using the computer to verify insurance. What should have been a five minute process on the computer to verify coverage took a week for them to complete over the phone and then they no show for my appointment. This office is a joke! Don’t waste your time, there are other reputable Dentists in the area that value your time and business.

ashley The receptionist and the other staff are very friendly but the dentist himself is extremity rude and temperamental. I had to have a tooth pulled and he wanted to send me to Albany to have it done but I found an oral surgeon in New Hartford who would do it and he had to write a new script and he was pissed. I had to inform the office that I was pregnant and he flipped on the receptionist when he found out. I do not recommend going to the office.

I found there exam rooms to be clean and modern with up to date equipment.This is a Dentist that I would never be afraid to go see to take care of mine & my famillys teeth . Jazzy Smith The reception and hygenist were both nice but the dentist was rude and uncompassionate. He made me feel like a horrible parent because my son had cavities. And then he wouldnt even help us, instead he referred us to another dental office but didnt forward the xrays. Dont waste your time and insurance here.

Tammy I must agree with the bad reviews they have received. They do not care about their patients, just the $$. I would go a step further and say they are prejudice, unfortunately. Its a very uncomfortable atmosphere, stale, unfriendly & they speak in their foreign language to eachother during conversations with you (which is very rude, especially since they speak English very well). They call at 8pm to move your appointment up for the next day, then arent ready before your original appointment time anyway. They have all your dental records & x-rays, but have you come all the way in, take time off from work, only to tell you that they didnt schedule enough time to do anything at this appointment, and they will call you next week for another appointment....though your filling is broken and youre in considerable pain, AND they have your records & x-rays, AND told them on the phone what is going on. Over all, there is no reason to speak another language during an appointment with an English speaking patient, unless they are talking about you. And that is the vibe they give, fully. They make you feel very judged, have zero personality, and couldnt care less about your pain, lost wages, or getting you in, in a timely matter for something that requires immediate attention... they simply, send you away without so much as filing a jagged edge that is cutting your tongue with every swallow. I would not recommend this office at all. And, if it wasnt so hard to get into another dental office, i wouldnt have gone back after my first appointment there! Theyre also very expensive compared to dentists that have been in this country practicing dentistry for their entire careers. After this big waste of time again today, Im just a tad irritated with their arrogance, and wont be going back to them. I should have stayed with my original dentist, because there is a reason he is booking out so far..Hes a very likeable guy, and has been around here for many, many years. I called his office after walking out Shahs door, was put right in this afternoon to file the sharp edge, and have an appointment next week for the crown. And THATS how you take care of YOUR PATIENTS!

Kella Hampel Unfortunately this place could be a 5 star if the receptionists weren’t so rude. I’ve been waiting on a night guard for over a year, when I called they’re always nasty and snarky. I’ve had to do impressions twice now which is uncomfortable if you’ve ever had them done. My dental hygienist is awesome and Dr. Melo is great as well! Always very pleasant and sweet. But the front end needs a change if they plan on keeping patients. I’ll drive to Syracuse before I go back there because of reception.

Jason S Dr.Zilka is a very kind, caring, professional with a great passion for the work he does along with his kind hearted and helpful nurses . He removed my wisdom tooth flawlessly with no pain whatsoever . I felt safe and comforted thru the entire procedure . I will be continuing any future work I may need done with Dr.Zilka and his team . francisco stephanie (Steph) Dr. Z is the best. He always makes sure of your comfort, I got a root canal on my front tooth and didnt feel a thing. He also works with you on price. I was a poor college kid and was able to get my wisdom teeth out. Ive only had positive experiences with Dr. Zilka.

Linda420 Franklin Dr Zilka is the best dentist I have ever seen and been to. You will never find a dentist like him anywhere. For years I have been afraid of going to one but after my first visit with him I had no pain and he was just wonderful. All the staff are very friendly. If you need a DDS go see Dr Zilka

Susan Noonan Lucky I gave one star, this place is horrible, I have gone here for 11 years. He pulled a tooth of mine the pain lasted for months. He did multiple fillings that didnt stay in now I have to get those teeth removed, I have told him multiple times the fillings came out nothing was done. I missed one appointment in 11 years due to personal reasons and wont see me anymore, but Id rather have a better dentist. My little sister got a root Canale done here and shes had pain ever since and its been done like 11 years ago. I wouldnt advise going there.

Patti Perkins I was a patient here for a while, and after the last visit I realized that I needed to find a better dentist. Every filling he put in was unnecessarily huge(according to the dentist I have now). Now I have to live with those huge fillings for the rest of my life. On my last visit for a dry socket he gave me Novocaine and I waited in the chair for so long that my Novocaine wore off. He gave me another shot and I waited so long that the same thing happened. After the third shot he finally attempted to "fix" my dry socket, and that was the most painful dentist visit Ive ever had. There were other visits where I questioned his methods, like the time I went in for what I thought was a filling and instead he said he was building up the tooth above the gum line. Ive had pain and sensitivity ever since. After the last visit I knew it was time to find another dentist. I only wish Id left long before I did.

Shay Torelli Was told last week, Wednesday or Thursday my dentures would be in, called Friday. Dr. Patel tells me to come in Monday at 3 pm. Today is Monday, I call to double check and theyve closed for the day, come tomorrow at noon.... This is monumental for me, and I feel like it was just another thing to annoy them. Sitting here crying, completely flabbergasted. Waiting another day is just menial to some, but the fact that it was treated so non chalantly upsets the hell out of me.

Erin Collier Dr May is an amazing dentist. He was my dentist for several years. Even though I live quite far from his office, I kept going to Dr May for years because he is great at what he does, kind, and professional. I highly recommend Dr May to anyone looking for a great dentist.
