1 /5 ashley: The receptionist and the other staff are very friendly but the dentist himself is extremity rude and temperamental. I had to have a tooth pulled and he wanted to send me to Albany to have it done but I found an oral surgeon in New Hartford who would do it and he had to write a new script and he was pissed. I had to inform the office that I was pregnant and he flipped on the receptionist when he found out. I do not recommend going to the office.

I found there exam rooms to be clean and modern with up to date equipment.This is a Dentist that I would never be afraid to go see to take care of mine & my famillys teeth . 1 /5 Jazzy Smith: The reception and hygenist were both nice but the dentist was rude and uncompassionate. He made me feel like a horrible parent because my son had cavities. And then he wouldnt even help us, instead he referred us to another dental office but didnt forward the xrays. Dont waste your time and insurance here.

When i went here the people were rude to me and wouldnt look at my kids because the guy said this dentist is only for people who take care of themselves. He is mean, rude, uncompassionate, and a waste of our time and money. My kids went home crying and i would NEVER reccomend this dentist to anybody. Please dont visit this dentist and take my warning.

1 /5 Holly O: Would be negative star rating. The dentist is mean and has no social skills whatsoever. He was so rude and made my children so upset that now I drive over an hour to take my kids to the Smile Lodge in Clifton Park. He had no reason to act like that. The other staff were kind and professional, but they cant make up for a jerk dentist. Dont traumatize your children here. Wish I would have read the reviews before I brought my children there.

carly basinger: While the staff are nice and seem knowledgeable enough, communicating with this office is awful. Zero for customer service. Their receptionist lives on other side of planet, and while it’s definitely no fault of hers, it means that any time you need ANY information about your appointments, results etc you have to deal with literal WEEKS of delay to get your OWN health information passed to you. When you advocate for yourself they are dismissive and rude. Also my teeth were fine before a cleaning and then the dentist decided to redo 4 fillings. Now I need 1 or 2 root canals and they don’t seem to really care at all that they leave their patients in pain for weeks waiting to get documentation, referrals etc. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache

Barb: Dr Virga is very unprofessional. The office manager and receptionists are rude. This clinic advertises that they do extractions and root canals but they do NOT, they will send you to another clinic. They do not tell you when you overpaid and have a refund on your account. They tell you to pay out of pocket when the insurance already paid. All they want is your money. I do not recommend this office.

Chausette Rutherford: I was absolutely impressed by how clean and welcoming this pediatric dental office is. Parking was easy and it is on the second floor. The moment you walk in you are greeted politely and the front desk staff check you in right away. The waiting area has not only a gaming room for kids it also has a playhouse for the little ones to enjoy. Once they call you back in to their clinical area all the exam rooms doors are open giving it a spacious feel. The exam room we waited in before seeing the dentist we spoke with the assistant. The assistant was very informative and professional. While I waited to see the pediatric dentist I was amazed how new and clean all the medical equipment was I include a photo as an example . Once we met the dentist she was very kind and informative. After our first consultation I am looking forward to bringing my little one again next year.

M Angela (TheBestNightmare): Dr. McCue was very friendly at first and made me feel comfortable before and after Id had an extensive procedure. That didnt last long. Because I was very ill the night before a follow-up and left a message to let them know I couldnt be in the following day, I was advised that I didnt give 24 hours notice and no longer would be a patient. The receptionist advised me that I had signed a paper saying such. No...and I was right..I did NOT. The woman had me in tears. At my last appointment I was told that the individual who made the oral accessories was retiring, so I would have to go elsewhere for new fitting. No appointments available until January of this year (which was to be months from then). No referral (I asked for one), no root canal that I needed- and I have not gone back. Its so much about the money and no longer about the care of patients. In my opinion. EDIT: Due to my HONEST review, I received the following letter stating that Id broken confidentiality (untrue, by law) and no longer a patient. Whats that saying? You cant fire me. I quit! Anyway, be careful. Free speech is frowned upon.
