Nelly Niz I have been going to Dunyo was couple of years now to get my nails done. To start off I’m a very picky person when it comes to hygiene, service, style and attention to detail. Dunyo has check marked all my needs and wants with her remarkable talent. She is capable of doing any style that I ask her, any design and even tries on new things on me that I never regret allowing. Unlike many nail techs, this one is my favorite also because of the after care. Personally I have never gotten any damage after even removing the extensions. My own nails always look very strong and healthy. I would recommend her service to anyone who is looking for a top notch celebrity type of artist, who will ace your nails any time.

I was greeted kindly by the ladies and also was able to get my curiosity satisfied after this one young lady (sorry, I wished I had asked for her name) answered all my questions. I was serviced by Shirley and boy, does she not disappoint. Being that I don’t often get manicure, she was very patient with me, as I did ask to see if they do cat eye nails. Shirley definitely did a fabulous job on my nails and would definitely come back again when I get a chance.

She was gentle and careful the color I choose was chrome white she applied the polish beautifully and was so gentle with my feet, she literally brought my feet back to life. Elena Ten I had a wonderful experience at WhyNotNails with their Russian Smart pedicure! The salon is incredibly clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, even offering coffee and tea right when I arrived. also tried their new Foil Pedicure technique, which was perfect for me! Instead of using a thick gel, they apply a super-thin foil layer that feels so natural—I hardly notice it on my nails. Since I go to the gym often and wear sneakers, thick gel layers can get uncomfortable as my nails grow, but with this foil, I don’t have that problem at all. The end result was stunning - my nails look like they belong in a Pinterest photo, absolutely perfect! The attention to detail and skill of the technician made all the difference. If youre looking for a top-notch pedicure in a relaxed and friendly environment, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

Aleksandra Fenik I’m a regular here and needless to say I really like this place! The girls are all very good and professional. The salon esthetic is very pleasant and welcoming. The Tea/Coffee offer at the beginning of the appointment is a very nice touch! The appointment time accommodation is very good and easy. As for the main topic, the NAILS, they do an amazing Russian Gel Manicure and they have great quality polishes and so many colors to choose from, love it! Overall this place is good, not cheap, but it’s worth it for the quality you get. P.S. If there’s ever any issue with the manicure they are always very accommodating to get it fixed for you, good job ladies!

The salon is clean, and quiet. They offer coffee/tea before your appoinment starts. All my appoinment have started on time. Making appointments are simple aswell. I love it here!

Nabilya F I’m beyond disappointed with my experience here. Going to the nail salon is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience—not stressful and frustrating. When I arrived, there wasn’t even a proper place to sit, which already set a bad tone. I booked a Russian manicure online but wasn’t familiar with what that entailed. I showed a picture of what I wanted, but the nail tech didn’t deliver, and the owner wasn’t helpful either. Instead of explaining things beforehand or offering guidance, the owner just said, “Well, that’s what it says online—structured.” How am I supposed to know what “structured” means if I’ve never had it done before? Other salons usually let me know if what I want will work for my nails, and I don’t mind paying extra for the look I want. But here, there was zero communication, and the nail tech didn’t warn me it wouldn’t work until after she started. To make matters worse, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time (3:30) for Cheyenne to start, and when she did, she kept answering her phone, which slowed things down even more. For $100, I expected much better service—a hand massage, at the very least. Instead, I was told to rub in my own lotion and to pay at the door when she was done. The owner showed no empathy or willingness to fix the situation, and the whole experience was incredibly disappointing. I really wanted to like this place, but the lack of professionalism and care has completely turned me off. I’ve never felt this bad leaving a nail salon before, and I won’t be coming back. brooke gold My nails came out unreal and the space is comfortable. The downsides for me was that it took 4 hours and I did not feel like there was cost transparency prior to the service. I booked it at $140 but after the apt the manager called to tell me there was an additional fee for design which I totally respect, but I wish that was communicated from the beginning because I would have gotten something simple had I known the $140 was not including design. The cost was 277 - subtotal 215, tax 19, tip 43. So, in my opinion, this is the perfect spot for a special occasion and come prepare to spend $$$.

Emily Johnson I would rather have raggedy fingernails and no pedicure than to go to anywhere else besides Nail Fairy. I’ve gotten Russian manicures since 2012, but since living in NYC and finding NF in 2023, I have been forever faithful. This is the only place where I have walked in and literally told the techs they can do whatever they want. I’ve never broken a nail or chipped my polish. Ever. They are worth the time and money.

She was gentle and detail-oriented throughout the entire process.
