A JN Its okay. Theres one nail tech who is very snooty and rude. She sits in the middle. The other two are nice and attentive and are better at doing nails. When the snooty one did my nail, it broke within 3 days.

Sherri W I really regret leaving this review because I wanted to be a regular customer, but unfortunately, I wont be. First, I do think John and Kim are good people. However, there seems to be a disconnect. I visited three times, and on two occasions, John did my nails. The first time, my thumb was a bit crooked, but I realized on my second visit when Kim did my nails it was corrected and my nail shape perfected. On my third visit, I saw John again, and more than once, I mentioned that a few nails were crooked. He was adamant they werent, but they clearly were. What was particularly disappointing was that by day three, my nails looked old and most werent shaped properly (see attached photo). I reached out via Instagram to express my dissatisfaction, and the response I received was, "Im sorry for not satisfying you." While this could have been sincere, I believe more could have been done, such as inviting me back to fix the nails. This is the kind of customer service Ive received from other nail technicians in the past, but unfortunately not here. By day seven, I had lost two nails. I was really upset about this—no one wants their nails falling off when theyre overseas and haven’t even had them on for long. There are too many nail salons out there for me to settle for poor customer service and to be told nothing is wrong when its clear that something is. Additionally, I dont know if Kim is aware of this...

Blanka F This is a relatively new place. Beautifully decorated and big, so you dont feel crowded. It feels very clean and everyone is very kind. They greet you with warm smiles. Even as I sat at my nail ladys desk, the person next to me was practicing designs on a hand mannequin. I like the effort. Ask for Spring!! She takes her time, really cleans your nails and cuticles. She actually gives a nice foot rub on the pedicure and she doesnt rush you. She also is honest with you and tells you if the design will work on your nail length and etc. I like that shes realistic. She lets you try as many colors as you need, without attitude. She even has a display of nail designs she does on her table. I went there on a Friday around 1pm. It was relatively busy but since the place is big, you dont feel crowded. I got a pedicure. They have a nice massage chair with 4 options and chargers for phones. They offer you lemonade, soda and water. Chocolates and chips. Even fruit snacks. If your service is 70$, they even offer wine and cocktail. The bathroom is nice and clean. The tables have hooks to hang your bags. I got a fill in with design. Spring took her time and let me experiment with the shape. She always asks throughout the session if you like it. I also like that she doesnt keep up small talk, as I like to relax in silence. All in all, it took me about 2 1/2 hours. I dont mind the time as I like thorough work. With a regular pedicure and gel acrylic fill in, I paid $93. For what you get and quality of service, I think its worth it. Sure you can get cheaper somewhere else, but poor quality. They barely last. I loved my designs! I included all the photos of the designs Spring has done. They also last me 3 weeks. I just get it refilled because of the growth. Will def come again. Recommend you set an appointment as it can get busy. Especially when you want a specific nail artist. Again, ask for Spring!!!!

Maia Matthews I decided to try this place as I’m new to the area and was hoping to find a nail salon that did dip powder nails. It has been well over 6 months since I got a manicure and I wanted to be able to use the natural length of my nails. I also opted to get a spa pedicure while I was there. The man assigned to me upon entering proceeded to do both my manicure and pedicure. During my pedicure he cut the cuticle on my big toe so deeply it still hurts. Then on my other foot he used the scraper thing so much he cut the side of my right foot. I told him to cut my nails down a little during the manicure and he cut them unevenly and the wrong shape I asked for. By the time he was done I now have nubs instead of nails there are missing spots of dip powder along the nail beds and I’m missing the finishing clear coat in several spots. Even with the discount it wasn’t worth the price. I will now have to wait until my nails grow again and my feet to heal before I can go find a new nail salon. I’m attaching pictures of my nails from a couple days ago along with what they now look like and the foot he cut. Updated 1/8/2025: Ryan from the nail salon reached out to me and offered to redo the services with a different technician. The new technician did a wonderful job and although it will still take time for my nail length to grow the outcome of the new manicure is excellent. New pictures added (pink mani)

Veronica Thomas It’s a nice and calm salon which I like a lot and my nails looked fabulous! But I got nipped twice while the guy was doing my nails and they also have a offered service where they offer a drink and/or snack with tour service and I didn’t receive nothing of that sort. No kind of offer but I see other people with drinks. I went in for a full set with the gel color at that. Also, it’s like they are so nervous for some reason. I’m a very nice person so idk. But other than that, it’s nice and calm and price worthy for the quality you receive.

Chrissy I really hate to leave a negative review, but I came here because of the positive reviews and got a terrible manicure. First, I chose an Opi nail polish. They swapped it out for some other polish in a similar color. I asked for my nails to be rounded and they made them EXTREMELY square. The manicure itself consisted of filing, soaking my nails in COLD water, cutting my cuticles, having me get up and go wash my hands in their sink, a lukewarm washcloth, and some moisturizer. They didnt use cuticle oil or anything nourishing. The manicure itself was sloppy and goopy. The nail technician was wearing a latex-type glove on one hand. This grossed me out because it clearly had not been changed since previous clients. There were nail polish streaks on it and the fingers had holes in them. On top of all of this, I got the manicure at 5:30 last night and did literally nothing with my hands all night or morning today (it is 10 am as I write this). All but one of my nails is badly chipped, and two of my nails are missing over 50% of the polish on them. I blame the likely cheap polish they swapped the Opi for and probably some equally cheap base and top coats. The people here were nice, but I wouldnt go back if you paid me. Also, as a side note, they have a notice saying they upcharge 5% for paying with a credit card. I didnt even see it until I was on my way out, after I had paid. I wish they had told me when I took out my card, because I would have paid cash. Also, its technically illegal to charge more than the credit card surcharge, and mastercard (which is what I paid with) typically charges merchants 1.15-3.15%. The high end for Amex, which is notorious for being the most expensive, is 3.5%.

From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed by the friendly staff, and the clean, well-organized facility immediately impressed me. Norma and Veronica did my nails, and I cant praise them enough. They were incredibly sweet and demonstrated such skill and attention to detail—it was so refreshing! I couldnt be more pleased with the experience and my nail tech, Elena, went above and beyond on my dip powder nails. First, they accept last min walk ins which was a life-saver for me since my nails were so outgrown and Im from out of town. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail from Elena. I admit I am quite picky with my nails and she was able to execute the perfect almond shape. The owner of this salon was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus I only paid $40 for my dip nails which is a steal for me! Ill be returning to this salon whenever Im in town again and I highly recommend Elena for your dip nails. Only thing that I wish is that they accept tip on card since I dont ever carry cash but thats it. (:

First impression is cute & quaint! Never been to the salon that was in this same location before like the below reviews but I liked the layout & atmosphere personally. Side note: it was just us two there with two nail techs and a guy who is either the owner or just the receptionist... Anyway, right away I seen a familiar face! Luckily my old nail tech was there! She changed locations. She did a great job per usual but tbh was annoying because she kept talking & asking me questions about the old salon I used to meet her at. The guy gave us massages & im not too fond of them anyway but he was really rough to the point my shoulders were hurting way after. The second time, they took us quickly. They really need more techs there as they started to get busy but couldnt accommodate everyone as much as they tried... I dont like that the Chinese lady moved my Spanish lady from finishing my nails. I dont understand why the person I started with couldnt finish. She was doing a job Dont know if Ill be back, well see.
