The quality of work is fantastic and I appreciate the dedication to nail care and health. I received a Russian style gel manicure and due to a few broken nails did a gel-x extension on a few nails. The result was gorgeous and I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Katherine is clearly so passionate about her craft and it shows. The conversation was lovely and the family ran business adds another level of comfort. Photos are after over week of growth!

Elizabeth Mayer This is the best nail salon in White Plains ! I usually get a uv base coat and regular gel over top of it and it will last upward of 3 weeks without chipping or peeling or snagging my tights (ladies you understand this problem ) Most salons will only do total UV or regular gel. During the summer I get great pedicures. One thing that makes this salon stand out is that they manage the flow really well . Ive been there on the busiest days and never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be put into a chair .

I highly recommend and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and quiet, relaxing experience. The vanilla cappuccino pedicure was unique and absolutely bomb! Narcissa literally is the only tech that has gotten my specific needs met with water temperature and callus removal. And my SNS manicure was all the way on point. She accommodated my inspiration picture, and took time to work with me to achieve the goal I was looking for. I have really bad nails from stress but she cured it. L S Found my new go to salon! Ive been to Violetta twice already and have had both gel (teal nails photo) & regular (red nails photo) manicures/pedicures and eyebrows waxed. Narcissa is such a lovely lady and has done a great job both times. She doesnt rush if another client comes in while shes taking care of you and takes her time (at a good pace) to make sure your nails look great. If you ask her to cut your cuticles or if you do callous removal with your pedicure she will be thorough with it, not like some other places where they barely clean up your nails or barely scrub your feet. Nail polish application has been even with no lumps and not blotchy at all. Im always cautious when it comes to eyebrows but Narcissa cleaned them up very nicely and will continue to have her do my brows. This is probably the first nail salon Ive been to where you can make an online appointment so love that you see exact days and times shes available for whatever you need. Glad Violetta Nails is in the area!

Sharell Lawrence It is always a pleasure to get the Signature Full Set lashes and eyebrow tinting done by the gentle hands of Tandi. There have been a few times I’ve fallen asleep because she’s so soothing. She’s a professional! I like the ease of booking appointments on her website. Even more so I love the ‘gentle reminder’ texts of upcoming appointments. Her studio salon is nicely decorated, comforting and relaxing. She’s skillful at achieving a unique desired look based on my eye shape. I receive tons of compliments when she does my lashes (they look so natural!!). Tandi is the sole reason I vow to remain a loyal (a very happy) client!

Madison Thantu About five years ago I stopped getting my eyebrows done because I always found that I’d be plucking out missed hairs after. After several years of no trimming, I’d decided that they had gotten way too wild. I decided to go on yelp and find a small business to get my eyebrows done at (yay for supporting small business owners!!). That’s how I found Tandi. After getting my eyebrows done by her the first time, I am now a loyal and religious customer. She is so meticulous and thorough, and also I just love getting to chat with her. Since first seeing her several years back, I’ve tried only one other business to get my eyebrows done (out of convenience), and the final product did not compare in the slightest to the work that Tandi does. She’s both so kind and so talented at what she does :)

Kate McCabe I started going to Tandi when she first opened her salon in White Plains. She does an excellent job applying lash extensions. I have been going to Tandi regularly ever since. Her salon is very clean and inviting. I am fair skinned, with red hair. Tandi worked very hard to get the correct combination of shades to achieve a perfect match for my eyes and hair. I have not experienced any discomfort with the application process or allergic reactions. The extensions feel completely natural. Most importantly the lashes last a long time! There is natural shedding of lashes here and there, but nothing excessive. That being said, maintenance is key! If you want to keep long beautiful lashes, they need to be filled in every 2-4 weeks. Tandi is your girl for clean, safe, beautiful lashes!

Rebekah Roberts Tandi never disappoints. She does phenomenal lash extensions while maintaining the integrity and health of your natural lashes. She always manages to make my naturally sparse lashes look beautiful and full but never weighed down or heavy. My lashes look natural and I always get several compliments. She also does my brow shaping and her wax is safe even for the most sensitive skin like mine no breakouts or burns. I highly recommend all of her services.

Erin Maher Tandi is fantastic. Since the first time I went to her for a brow tint, she was incredibly friendly and professional. She keeps her shop in pristine hygienic condition. She talks with each client and tailors her service based on their need. She listened to all my concerns and would tell me whatever she was doing before she did it. I recommend Tandi to the highest degree, and have been so pleased with her services that Ive started to go to her for lash lifts, eyebrow shaping and eyebrow tinting.

Anastasiya Vardin Excellent experience overall. It started with me being greeted with a warm towel and some lemon water. The facility was exceptionally clean (bonus points to the front desk staff who cleaned a speck of dirt off the floor immediately) and everyone was very courteous. Gordana gave me a relaxing facial and catered to my skins needs (also the massage portion of the facial felt stupendous). The next day, my skin looks and feels radiant. The spa also offers discounts for first time clients and even offer free first time waxes. Lastly, they have several facial and massage packages available. Parking was easy to come by as there are plenty of metered spots out front. I’ll definitely be a regular here!

Ace First time at the tchester hartsdail location and it was a great experience. Ceci greeted me quickly and she made a suggestion for removing my old Japanese gel and thin nails (adding a builder gel) and it made a huge difference to the strength of my nails. And the spa pedicure was really great, she was always checking in and asking if I was ok and happy with every step. Very attentive. Initial opinion, very happy with the service. Hope it continues without any incidents.

Carolina Ramos I just moved to Harrison and was looking for a place to get my usual Hard Gel manicure (not many places do it). So I walked in and was immediately greeted by all at the establishment. I asked if they provided the service to which a nice gentleman (Jason) replied that they do. I came in with 6 week old hard gel and needed a lot of TLC! I received the BEST service I have ever received in a nail Salon today at Cocoa!!!!!! Staff was super nice, respectful, kind and ATTENTIVE!!!! They have a rear parking lot as well with a rear entrance so if Halstead Ave is busy no worries they have more than enough parking! Gráinne Ní Hódhráin I walked in for a gel pedicure - it had been about 5 weeks since they’d last been done and I desperately needed it. The staff were absolutely lovely. I asked for my nails to be cut short but unfortunately they were so long, I ended up having to cut back 3 of them myself within 2 days. I was happy walking out the door but when I realized how long the nails were and how sore they were as a result, I wasn’t happy. If I’d had time I would have gone back but I didn’t have a chance. I’d consider giving this place another try but first time out, not as good as I hoped.

Danielle Misuriello This place I usually find the workers very friendly but I was not pleased today when I went in for a lip wax. The worker who did my lip she said to me you should have your eyebrows done too, you need it. I found that comment extremely rude and disrespectful. She should not be passing judgment on any customer at all thats horrible customer service in my opinion. They are usually very friendly the workers but I wasnt pleased at all today with the lady who did my lip wax. The lady had short hair and glasses I sadly couldnt get her name I am not going back to this nail place again they just lost a customer.

Keitlyn almazan I recently visited this nail salon for a simple manicure, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the service. First off, the nail technician seemed to rush through the process. They applied the nail polish but didn’t put on enough coats, which I didnt notice until I left the salon. I had to go back to get another coat, which shouldnt be necessary if the technician knew what they were doing. During the appointment, I also felt a bit uncomfortable. I didnt understand what one of the technicians was saying, and another technician, who was working on someone elses nails, seemed to make fun of me. This was really embarrassing. To make things worse, the nail polish they used was supposed to be long-lasting, but it started coming off way too soon. When I tried to remove it with regular nail polish remover, it wouldnt come off. I ended up having to file down the nail polish, which I dont think is normal at all. The nail polish was being a real pain to come off. It started getting all messy after the appointment, and I thought it was supposed to be dry by then. But nope, I had to file them down to get rid of it. Honestly, that just doesnt seem right, does it? Overall, the service was just okay, but the quality of the manicure was poor. I wont be returning to this salon.
