1 /5 Jennifer Innabi: Were nice until they realized I just wanted my acrylics taken off. Tracy wanted me to get a polish to harden my nails and I said no thank you as I was getting acrylics tomorrow. She immediately said “you know they can take it off for you” referring to my nail salon. I stated I know but three nails fell off and I have to go to work before my appointment. She immediately got up and said someone else will finish it. Eva completed my “manicure” within 3-5 minutes. They knew I was coming in for a manicure, no polish as I called before coming in. She attempted to put the hardening nail polish on me and I said no thank you explaining that I would be putting acrylics on tomorrow and she responded “1 day?” Referring to not having nails on.
I still paid $25 and tipped Eva $10 because I was willing to pay full for everything even though I was not getting the full service. They were very surprised and rude for people that received a call explaining exactly what I needed/wanted done.
What they failed to realize is that I work very close by and was going to become a regular customer for pedicures. Due to the way they treated me I will never return and will also tell all my colleagues of my negative experience, especially with Tracy.
My “thorough” manicure is below.
