Jennifer Innabi: Were nice until they realized I just wanted my acrylics taken off. Tracy wanted me to get a polish to harden my nails and I said no thank you as I was getting acrylics tomorrow. She immediately said “you know they can take it off for you” referring to my nail salon. I stated I know but three nails fell off and I have to go to work before my appointment. She immediately got up and said someone else will finish it. Eva completed my “manicure” within 3-5 minutes. They knew I was coming in for a manicure, no polish as I called before coming in. She attempted to put the hardening nail polish on me and I said no thank you explaining that I would be putting acrylics on tomorrow and she responded “1 day?” Referring to not having nails on. I still paid $25 and tipped Eva $10 because I was willing to pay full for everything even though I was not getting the full service. They were very surprised and rude for people that received a call explaining exactly what I needed/wanted done. What they failed to realize is that I work very close by and was going to become a regular customer for pedicures. Due to the way they treated me I will never return and will also tell all my colleagues of my negative experience, especially with Tracy. My “thorough” manicure is below.

Kristina: I was so nervous for my new eyelash application! I saw April. She was very professional and kind. I think I even dozed off during the appt. They have to tape the eyes shut so it feels funny but it doesnt hurt at all. It took about an hour. April was very gentle. I am ✨thrilled✨ with the results. I wanted a very natural look. They look better than I could have expected!! I also got an eyebrow waxing. Quick and easy!

Shelly Saenz: It was my first time visit at this nail shop and the outcome of my visit was horrible! During the process of getting my nails done I had let the tech know she was being too rough and was filing my skin and not my nail so now I have several cuts on my skin but to top it all off my skin was stuck to the acrylic on my thumb so nail tech decided to use a skinny drill bit between the nail and finger to get the acrylic off, but instead of a outward motion she went straight in and stabbed me. Now I have a deep cut in between my nail and skin that just burns and bleeds. I have acrylic residue on all my fingers it was a messy job. I tried peeling it off with the cuticle oil once they sent me off and finished charging me. To bad I noticed all my cuts and uneven filing outside in the sun light after I paid. I turned around and went back to asked for a discount or refund because my thumb was burning especially because I noticed how bad of a job it was and she denied anykind of refund. So $84 down the drain. Theres more nail shops in the same shopping area so go else where. I will post my thumb nail and skin cuts here with out the blood after I clean up the wounds.

Erica Franco: Amazing! Liem was my nail guy today. This was my first time visiting. My usual place was closed. I definitely will be coming back! The process were good and you get so much for your money. The staff was friendly. They spoke English well. The place was clean. Liem checked with me at every point during my appointment to make sure I was happy with everything.....nail length, color, nail file etc. I was also not shy about telling him how I wanted my nails filed.( They cant read your mind)
