5 /5 David Shutler: I would argue Crunch is the best intersection of value and cost in New York City. In NYC, you’re somewhat stuck between super cheap at Planet Fitness or super expensive at Equinox or Lifetime. I would argue that Crunch is the absolute perfect sweet spot around $90-$100 a month. While that’s expensive by American standards, that’s great value by NYC standards.
Among Crunch, 54th street is my favorite location. Two close seconds would be Tribeca and Chelsea. It’s such a great vibe. Everyone is super nice at the front desk. I talk to them on a nearly daily basis. Antonio and Julius are super friendly.
Overall, I would argue Crunch is the best decision if you’re a dedicated gym goer and you don’t have a larger financial budget.
