What Clients Are Saying about GYM NYC Lexington (on GG)
5 /5 Ava R: Great local-owned gym!
5 /5 Soren Larson: Excellent private like gym. All hammer strength equipment with great and rare leg machines and extended turf usually missing at equinox. Lighting is bright and intense - great for focus. Weekends so far are quiet.
5 /5 Char Mawdsley: Great new gym in the area. Great equipment!
5 /5 Jessica: Amazing gym! The owner is very nice and the gym is so spacious and clean. Has everything you want and need in a gym. Well thought out and good attention to detail. Has three squat racks! Large area for stretching downstairs as well.
5 /5 Jorge Gonzalez: A very cozy place to exercise, very well equipped and with professional and friendly staff, very clean and everything organized. Thank you.
Daniii: Overall I get a good workout. Im excited they are getting new machines at the moment. I hope they get the machines that auto count reps like in the Boerum location. I see staff cleaning when Im there and thats a priority for me. The womens locker area needs some maintenance. I noticed peeling wallpaper and corner guards are broken, but my biggest complaint, the lighting everywhere, including in the locker room. Why so dim?!?!
I signed up at the Boerum, Im 100% comparing locations.
David Shutler: I would argue Crunch is the best intersection of value and cost in New York City. In NYC, you’re somewhat stuck between super cheap at Planet Fitness or super expensive at Equinox or Lifetime. I would argue that Crunch is the absolute perfect sweet spot around $90-$100 a month. While that’s expensive by American standards, that’s great value by NYC standards.
Among Crunch, 54th street is my favorite location. Two close seconds would be Tribeca and Chelsea. It’s such a great vibe. Everyone is super nice at the front desk. I talk to them on a nearly daily basis. Antonio and Julius are super friendly.
Overall, I would argue Crunch is the best decision if you’re a dedicated gym goer and you don’t have a larger financial budget.
Blake Zucker: The lifetime of sky is really nice especially in the pool where you can view the skyline from the pool. And every person was very friendly nice and nice staff. My only problem was I wish the spa area whirlpool and sauna
Steemroom and cold plunge were in locker rooms.
Thomas Snyder: What is described as a Jr. Olympic size pool I used to train in as a scuba diver with Pan Aqua Diving. Neat clean locker rooms, bathrooms and facility also offers health club and gym memberships. They also have a rock climbing wall.
Adam Pratts: Three years of pure dedication at the gym. But nothing has compared to my last couple sessions. I
can’t say enough great things about trainer Rafael Echevarria! From day one, he’s been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating. From his detailed weekly workout routines, his amazing (not boring) meal plans. Every session is well-planned and tailored to my goals, and I’ve seen amazing progress both physically and mentally. He pushes me to do my best without ever making it feel overwhelming. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this trainer knows exactly how to guide you to your next level. Highly recommend!
Zachariah Schlichting: Been going to TMPL for about 9 months now—incredible space, equipment, and amenities. The spa area is truly top notch, offers everything that a high-end gym does but for a significantly better price. Can be crowded but not unbearably so. Only issue I have is with the classes in the studio room. It’s a great space but they’ll kick out 5 people to host a class with 3 attendees.
